I think they are Kenwood KFC-1665S (S stands for shallow). That location does not allow for speakers which can be mounted too deep. A few manufacturers make shallow speakers. I think JBL makes some too. I chose some inexpensive ones.

did you attach the sub in the rear area or is it just sitting there. I like the setup but worried about it not being attached. Thanks for the idea!
Not attached to anything. Simply sitting there on a 2x4 which fits inside the hole on the bottom, below the floor line.
It will not move or come out.
