Hola no soy la dueña o dueño del video ni nada pero veo que no te contestaron, quizas no saben español. Bueno segun lo que dice el video puedes hacerlo al sarten o al horno esta a discreción de uno, pero en el horno tarda mas en el sarten pues se cubre con la tapa.
El caldo que le aplica segun muestra, es el liquido que bota el salmón pero al final hace otro tipo de liquido con mantequilla limon y ajo sin limpiar el sarten luego se lo derrama encima.
