Comedian Stevo Timothy on the accident that changed his life | Upfront with Katie Hannon

“When you're sitting up in the National Rehab Hospital and you're paralysed from the chest down, that will really help you reevaluate the decisions you have made in your life," Stevo Timothy told Upfront with Katie Hannon on Monday.
He was drink driving 17 years ago and crashed his motorbike while carrying his friend John Laffey as a passenger. Mr Laffey was killed.
Mr Timothy survived but suffered life changing injuries. He received a two-year suspended sentence for his role in the crash.
