      Raw milk in 20 years caused just 2600 people getting sick, and just 200 people going to hospital according to even CDC which pushes anti-health agenda. 90%+ of those cases are probably related to some other random food which idiotic doctors identified wrongly as milk.
      You can have a 3-4 liter a day raw milk diet (with no other food) and be much more healthy than the average CDC guideline follower.
      I thought Greg was coming too hard on you. Apparently it is the opposite. He is too soft on you. You have no shame. You don't even show signs of lying when you talk about raw milk.

    Side rant, I really wish people would stop demonizing bread. Bread is so good and can be healthy! Unless your diet consists of 90% bread I don’t see the need to worry about a side of bread with your salad or pasta. It’s getting ridiculous how often people are told to stop eating bread for “health”.

      That’s true, however, I feel like many people eat too much bread or not good quality bread. I think that’s where the fear of bread comes from, but if you enjoy good bread and don’t eat masses of it’s it pair it with protein and veggies, it’s really not a problem for most people.

      Whole grain bread can be a great source of complex carbs and depending on what kind you get you can get tons of seeds and nuts from it. Of course white sandwich bread full of sugar isn't something to eat tons of daily but bread can be so healthy! And yummy! I do a homemade sourdough focaccia that makes me so happy.

    When Daisy said "I should probably stop... but it's so good" about the small piece of bread my jaw dropped. Sad but also infuriating! This shouldn't be allowed online for young audiences, period. Also, I will always roll my eyes when she obsesses over putting solely "natural things" in her body when she's had loads of plastic surgery. 🙄Come on girl.

    I really empathize with Daisy. She is so entrenched in appearance and physical perfection, her entire brand is based around looking good. As much as we’d like to idolize that and say it gets her many privileges in life, it’s also super damaging in the long term. If your world centres around maintaining a specific look, you’re going to be hit hard with self esteem issues as you get older. Imagine turning 80 and realizing that you spent the majority of your life restricting, worrying and shaping yourself to be ‘beautiful’ and didn’t try to pursue anything else. I don’t want to demonize caring about your looks- but there’s a huge world out there and beauty is so fickle.

    • @patperrier4599
      @patperrier4599 25 днів тому

      Not 80.... When the perimenopausal hormones kick in and make your body go nuts, you see changes that are absolutely out of your control. I feel for people who are so focused on their bodies, because the ONE thing we all have in common is that our bodies are going to change. Constantly and irrevocably.

  • @juchidaf
    @juchidaf 11 місяців тому +180

    The first question that pops into my mind: what doesDaisy even consider bloating is? Is it "oh, I had broccoli, Im bloated" or the "normal" reaction our bodies have whenever we eat because, people do need to eat and if your tummy feels a bit "bigger" its only because we had food? Dont get me wrong but I believe people are calling nowadays bloating anytime our bodies go through the normal process of digestion. Just saying.

On those days, it's just best to get some extra sleep, or keep the activy very easy (like maybe a resting type of yoga).

      I think we need to be really careful of the word promotion. Liz filmed what she ate in s day and claimed many times she was under the supervision of doctors, and is doing what works for HER. Promoting and like a sponsorship where you say YOU need to try this. Like Abbey is sponsored by many. Just because someone talks about their lifestyle, doesn't mean they are glamorizing or promoting it. Sometimes, people ask, and she filmed. We need to take personal responsibility at some point and be like, hey, doctor should I do this for me? No? Okay. And move on.

      She says she’s being monitored by a holistic nutritionist. Which is NOT a doctor. In the United States you need no education/certification to call yourself a nutritionist. The only title that requires a degree and board certification is a dietitian.

      @oakyafterbirth2801 she actually is being monitored by a medical doctor. They might of not created her mealplan but she says she has a team of people who are watching her. She recently gotten blood work and her MD found she was low in many vitamins. I'm not disagreeing with your assessment of titles, but she is seeing multiple people. She is also gained about 25 pounds and it feels like it's working for her. By no way does she recommend others do it. Again, personal responsibility .

      It’s actually possible to get rid of lactose intolerance. I used to have no problems with dairy, then I cut it out completely (for ethical reasons, I was mostly vegan for a while) and my body wasn’t used to it anymore. For a while I was extremely intolerant to lactose, even one tablespoon of yogurt would cause pain and diarrhea - I slowly got used to it, so now I can digest lactose in small amounts again.

    I’m so glad you mentioned the dangers of overtraining! A few years ago my best friend started doing intense workouts for an hour every single day and along with dieting she lost a lot of weight which she was very proud of and made her feel good. However, after a while of these daily workouts the lymph nodes in her neck got really swollen and she had some flu symptoms. The doctor discovered that she was exercising too much to the point that she started to get sick!! Later I also learned that she has always struggled with disordered eating and was eating disorderly along with her intense workouts. I never knew that you could workout too much until she got those swollen lymph nodes!!

    also just wanted to say one thing about those skinny vacation pictures that a lot of us dream about, eehhhhh, I’ve learned those pics cause me mental damage honestly, because the compliments come rolling in and I know what I had to do to look like that, also my body goes into a panic at some point after the trip and I gain the weight back, then I’m looking at the pics thinking “I don’t even look like the pics now” (obviously you still look like the pics, but ya know) it just starts a cycle of bad mindset, I like the pics that don’t hold those memories better ❤️ , authentic happy times not “omg I dieted so hard for that pic”

Her diet also includes meat, eggs, and animal fats along with a lot of supplements. this was posted a month ago but i just wanna say that when I found your channel you gave me a different perspective on food. TW
    I had an eating disorder last year and going into this new year also still had it. I started to recover a little bit more in March but I still wasn’t eating enough probably until June or even July. I ended up losing my menstrual cycle because I believe I wasn’t eating enough calories for my body to produce estrogen. I took a blood test for my doctor and turns out my estrogen was very low at that time. I’m trying to get my period back and have a healthy relationship with food. I haven’t been going to the gym because I’m worried about over exercising since I also have cheer 3-4 times a week but I end up feeling guilty when I eat a normal amount without working out. Any tips?

    I have been struggling to find a way to eat to sustain my work as a massage therapist. I often am working nonstop for 6 hours straight. It is full body, muscular work, and there is often no time to really eat. Lately I've been gulping whey protein powder mixed with greem machine type fruit juices between clients. It sort of works, but not really. I still feel kind of drained at rhe end of a shift and the "smoothies" or maybe the protein powder?...makes me uncomfortably gassy. How would you feed your muscles and give yourself sustained consistent energy if you can only gulp something liquid over a 6 hour period? Thank you.

Yes, she talked about eating less fats due to having the whole milk, but then had walnuts and avocados in her salad, with dressing. Then she did talk about eating only a bite of the bread, but then ate a cup of rice and had pasta for dinner. Lots of protein in the chicken, the ground beef, and even the whole milk and pasta. This was a very reasonable day of eating for me.
