- I found this Hohner Verdi III Accordion in unplayable state, this project series documents my amateur restoration in every detail from tuning and reed servicing to setting rhinestones.
In this video I remove the old grille cloth (which was actually just a subbuteo pitch!) and replace it with a more sensible open weave one, which I dyed myself for lack of the colour I wanted in Boyes. I also restored the "HOHNER" logo and the "VERDI III".
I saw you're other restoration video, had to see this one too, very good Will, you have done a great job... another 10/10

What kind of fabric did you use for the grill cloth? Also, what kind of adhesive. I’m working on a similar restoration project for a microphone

Omar Romero I used enamel paints as they're a bit tougher and the rhinestones are Swarovski concial foiled rhinestones, I made a full video about them too: ua-cam.com/video/G4ykAdxb3wI/v-deo.html
