Why don’t you just start meal planning. If you like meat, just reduce amount you eat and increase your intake of vegetables. Sounds like you are going to the extreme. Start slow first and see if you can live with meat. Blessings and ❤️.

Girl, COVID19 has Not been good to me! However, I found out that I have Type2 Diabetes which has been a challenge. I was in the hospital 11 days. Since I’m allergic to the medication that they give to most patients, I had to make a decision to be have a plant based/chicken and fish diet. My sugar is perfect, I have lost a lot of weight too. No sugar or salt at all. It’s been 7weeks and now, I do not yearn for all the good stuff that’s so bad for us. You can do it too!
WOW! So glad that you're doing better. This stuff is no joke. We watched a video on Netflix where some of the participants actually reversed their diabetes with a plant based diet. So proud of you for taking charge. Thank you for the words of encouragement!!!
There is do much info on YT about plant-based meals. 15 min- Struggle Meals, etc. I've been plant-based since birth and I'm 68 now. It's super super popular and easier these days. God bless!

Yay!! I am currently doing the same becoming a vegetarian too. The Beyond and Impossible Plant base products makes me think I am still eating meat"LOL". I see you all have tried the Impossible. It is delicious to me! Both of them Beyond and Impossible :-)..

Glad to see you guys again, as some one who's transition for a year good luck, also vegan UA-cam is a life saver, my fav is sweet simple vegan nutrition refined, wicked kitchen .
For me it was easy because I never really are meat save for fish and the occasional take out, for you guys I would just reduce meat intake, increase veg and experiment. Good luck.

You need to check out a young lady named Rachal Ama. She has a youtube channel and a book on vegetarian dishes. You will love but you don't have to cut out the things you like. Just plan everything better than before.

Well, right now, I got to have my meat.. but really been eating turkey burger, skinless/boneless Tyson's breaded chicken strips/breast, salmon filets. But check out Ghetto Vegan's UA-cam..
