Nothing focuses the mind like having your family onboard. When your daughter said "Daddy where's your oxygen" that was precious. Thanks as always for taking us along. Continued safe travels Niko, God bless.
WOW, i'm teaching my young boys how to play football, and you are teaching your girl how to use oxygen at 16000 ft! Awesome video Niko, I swear the editing/music just keeps getting better each video!
For Oxygen, I use a Mountain High system which automatically adjusts for altitude and meters the correct amount with each breath. That way you no longer have to set for altitude and the O2 lasts a lot longer. It also beeps at you if you aren't breathing correctly.
@Lucas the stone dragon I'm not sure, it was already installed in the ship when I acquired it. But here is the website of the manufacturer..www.mhoxygen.com/
Just gives me a HUGE smile to watch you use the airspace system so professionally and the aircraft certainly seems to make it seamless. Your flight crew is not really chatty. The zoomed in shots of the ground features are great icing.
Another great video man. Fantastic to se how calm and professional you work, and such a cute moment with Zoe making sure daddy has his oxygen. As a dad of two small girls, that goes right to the heart. The shots of the handhelt camera are great, showing the waipoints and the vistas around you guys. Love it!
Really like the quality and content of your Vlogs and an excellent example for an aspiring vlogger so thank you. What a fantastic trip to do with the family and it really comes across how much of a family man you are. Brilliant.
Good job, love seeing you fly with your family!!! We made it back from the Bahamas, sorry we couldn't find a time/place to meet-up "COOL-BEANS" i haven't heard that in a while!!! On your return trip Wichita, could be along the way - HA!
Great video as usual Niko. I hope you and your family had a great time on this trip. Thank you for sharing the enthusiasm you have for aviation with all of us.😁
Niko, your channel keeps getting better and better! You are really getting great utility out of your Cirrus. I live vicariously through your adventures. Very cool experience and cool to see your family in the videos. Thanks as always for sharing! 👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome video Niko! Your daughter is so adorable the way she showed concern for you by asking about your oxygen mask. And I must say your landings are some of the smoothest I have ever seen! You are truly a model father-pilot!
the visuals were simply stunning. and, as others have commented, it's great to see a family adventure! [have to wonder if the SZ replacement will be pressurized :) }
I watch all your video. All of your content and editing are and have always been excellent. This video is one of my favorite. Using the plane for family stuff is what it is all it is all about. We work hard to provide things for our families and when we can share the thing we love with them it is the most rewarding. Thanks for sharing. Your daughter is observant-attentive and going to keep you on your toes. Your are blessed.
Awesome, Niko! So glad you got to spend all this time with the family. What a great trip! I must say, I was mildly traumatized seeing snow this time of year ... hahaha! That slide looked like a blast! You guys were haulin'! Great flight and video as always. I've driven that stretch of I-80 many times - would much rather be flying over it. So much quicker! ;) Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the views of the ground, maps, scenery, FBO, & Vail village. Your reports of the airport facilities emphasize the general aviation experience. The video while descending on the snow ride was the best use of 360-degree video I've seen! Aviation can take Miami people to snowy mountains; go for it, everyone!
Hi Nikko. I echo the comments below. Love seeing you share these moments with your family. Your little girl is very lucky to have a Mum and Dad like you. Hope she grows up loving aviation and takes to the skies herself one day. Always a pleasure following you. Keep the V-blogs coming.
Niko, I live just a couple of miles west of the GRI airport and I'm an avid viewer. It was cool to see you and your family using the facility's out there at our airport. I even caught a glimpse of my house as you made your departure. The freedom that plane of yours affords you to travel the country is really cool and I love watching your videos. Thanks for sharing your travels with us all on UA-cam.
Hey Niko. Your videos are so well done. The footage, ATC, information, and background music are fantastic. Very relaxing. I look forward to what you do. My best to you and your family. Dan
Wow wonderful video. One of out twin 5 year old granddaughters is named Zoe except with a Y on the end (Zoey). You sure have a great family and life. Love the video's and music also. Fly safe and have fun.
Awesome video with your family. Reminds me of flying all over the country with my family in my dads Piper tri pacer and Piper Cherokee back in the 50’s and 60. Technology has sure changed private flying since then.
Niko, technical question. Why did you choose to fly the Cirrus line of aircrafts? I know that you had “Miss Grace” before N122SZ but are Cirrus aircrafts easier or more difficult to fly than maybe a Cessna Citation, a Gulfstream, a Raptor just to name a few and are you going to transition to an engine power plant or continue to use props? Pardon me, just being nosy tonight. 🛩🛫👨✈️😎
Zoe has such a sweet little voice. Obviously I don't know you, based on your videos you seem like a great father/husband/family man. What a great video and thank you for sharing.
Looked like the fam did great on the O2, although it is important they know not to let them slide off the side or something, for that terrible headache you get..yep got a story of old from back in my military days. Wonderful views of the Rockies, and a great area to visit..I'm a skier as well, and a sister used to live not far from Eagle. Still can't get over how nice that Cirrus is!
Thanks for sharing a very interesting flight. What a sweet little girl! Taking good care of her dad! Better check your O2 dad. She's got her eye on you.
This was a cool video for me because it has two places I'm familiar with, my home airport (KDSM) and Vail/Eagle Co, Colorado. Always enjoy your content regardless, but this was just that much more cool to me. Keep up the great work and fly safe!
Glad Nebraska did you proud. That ( GRI )is a great little regional terminal (practically brand new)... easy commercial links to Dallas, and other fun destinations... yet as you saw, great GA facilities, too. I hope you stop in again sometime soon, we are just down the street (I-80). 😃
Great vid as always. We're on vacation in Destin FL and had to see how your trip was going. We just missed Barry here and the weather has been awesome. Thanks for the work to edit and Post this. Always appreciated.
Niko, your movie like always is great and worth spending time to watch. Your daughter is very clever :-). I see she is Oxygen high -level flight procedure specialist. ;-) Keep it up, man.
Wow, Niko, awesome video!! Music and editing was outstanding! Love to you and your beautiful family!! (I just did a oxygen flight with my son a few weeks ago, so this hit home!!) Heart heart heart (not sure how to do that!)
I’m working to post my flight soon. It was 4 hours each way from CA to WA (WVI-ALW) at 115000-13500 over some pretty bumpy Sierra mountains with significant buildup to dodge. (I actually choose VFR instead on IRF because lack of airways, remote terrain (requiring high altitudes), and rapidly changing weather without radar, just SiriusXM). Sync’ing the cameras is a challenge and it takes me a lot of time to edit into something interesting. Your input is always welcome.
Great stopover in my state of Nebraska and my former state of Colorado. Think I saw my home airport in Omaha, NE (KOMA). Grand Island is one of the stops we go to for a $100 hamburger. So cool to fly with family. Still working up to getting that done! Flight school here I come!

Zoe is an awesome co-pilot checking your oxygen mask there. Another great video mate, I always enjoy them.
My two favorite Cirrus drivers commenting on each other's videos makes my day.
Nothing focuses the mind like having your family onboard. When your daughter said "Daddy where's your oxygen" that was precious. Thanks as always for taking us along. Continued safe travels Niko, God bless.
Zoe looking out for her daddy. So Awesome!
WOW, i'm teaching my young boys how to play football, and you are teaching your girl how to use oxygen at 16000 ft! Awesome video Niko, I swear the editing/music just keeps getting better each video!
As usual, an amazing video, and your music choices are just phenomenal. Thank you.

LOL Zoe's funny!! Nice job.
Zoe so cute!! I remember when my kids were that age. They were so much fun. Nice Landing Captain!
She is a blast just like all kids her age
A beautiful place to vacation with your family and beautiful flying as usual. You continue to impress me with the flying and the SR22T.
Just gives me a HUGE smile to watch you use the airspace system so professionally and the aircraft certainly seems to make it seamless. Your flight crew is not really chatty. The zoomed in shots of the ground features are great icing.
Your wifey is getting some amazing shots for you while you’re flying! And your daughter is a sweetheart making sure you have your O2!
Another great video man. Fantastic to se how calm and professional you work, and such a cute moment with Zoe making sure daddy has his oxygen. As a dad of two small girls, that goes right to the heart.
The shots of the handhelt camera are great, showing the waipoints and the vistas around you guys. Love it!
Thanks Coenraad...
Awesome family, and an awesome aircraft. Your daughter will remember that trip for the rest of her life!
Great video Niko! It was so sweet that your daughter had so much concern for you when it came to your oxygen! Keep up the great videos!
Really like the quality and content of your Vlogs and an excellent example for an aspiring vlogger so thank you. What a fantastic trip to do with the family and it really comes across how much of a family man you are. Brilliant.

Always love to see the fam! Zoë making sure Daddy has oxygen is precious! This is why you do what you do❤️

Beautifully presented video Niko, thank you for allowing us to follow your family’s journey.
Great to see the family enjoying the vacation. Safe travels. Take care Spin
Awesome video Niko! Your daughter is so adorable the way she showed concern for you by asking about your oxygen mask. And I must say your landings are some of the smoothest I have ever seen! You are truly a model father-pilot!
Thank you and yes Zoe worries about daddy
Good call on the mountain clouds you were seeing. The one at 13:12 looks like a Kelvin-Helmholtz Wave cloud.
That’s exactly what it was
the visuals were simply stunning. and, as others have commented, it's great to see a family adventure! [have to wonder if the SZ replacement will be pressurized :) }
Did a nice job of pointing out area airports as you went through Iowa - I was able to recognize them. Thank you for the quiet shout out for Iowa!
Excellent Video! Nice challenge to your flying capabilities. Oh yeah...and thank your wife for taking on the video duties.
Love your vids! As a kid I flew with my Dad in his Piper Cherokee and I always loved it. Maybe it's time for me to get back up there. Cheers!

Beautiful family and aircraft! Very nice video Niko!
I was hoping you would drop a video today. Thank you!
Thanks for bringing us along, Niko.
Wow, Niko, awesome video!! Music and editing was outstanding! Love to you and your beautiful family!!
(I just did a oxygen flight with my son a few weeks ago, so this hit home!!)
Heart heart heart (not sure how to do that!)
Thanks for the love, hearts back my friend...
I’m working to post my flight soon. It was 4 hours each way from CA to WA (WVI-ALW) at 115000-13500 over some pretty bumpy Sierra mountains with significant buildup to dodge.
Yes I sure did fly over KOMA. Have fun flying...
Wow what a beautiful part of the world.👍👌 Thanks for sharing to you and your family stay safe 👍👌
Niko:
I want to express my profound gratitude for taking us along on this aerial adventure -- and with your family no less . . . very nice touch!!! I am glad to see that you have safely touched down in Colorado without incident and are building a wonderful family memory; still, a few things confuse me.
Why did you decide to interchange November 712 Romeo Alpha for your current airplane? November 122 Sierra Zulu is going to take some getting used to.
You mentioned filing a flight plan once before . . . how exactly is that done? I once undertook an impromptu road trip from San Antonio during which I sojourned in Leon Springs and Boerne before ultimately setting course for Kerrville where I spent the rest of the day before heading back to San Antonio that night . . . if I were doing that with an airplane, would I have to state that exact volition along with a precise time for when I started that journey? The second trip I took toward Kerrville was stopped cold by my rental car developing a tire pressurization diagnostic fault warning that persisted even though I sojourned in Boerne to re-pressurize the faulty tire which then blew out on the highway even though I made the wise decision to high-tail it back to San Antonio . . . how would that be handled if we are involving an airplane?
I really want to lead a nuclear family similar to what you have, Niko; while the economic dimension is important, I have fought so fiercely on that front and scored several Pyrric victories -- being unjustly chased out of one apartment, hopping hotels for a month and a half, ending up in an apartment that was not properly prepared for me to move in, needing to but not able to execute another in-town relocation, the aforementioned decision being made for me after the apartment complex changed legal ownership twice . . . I really want to have that turbulence behind me, Niko. But how can I do that?
Hi Damon, great questions! I can answer aviation questions but life questions I’m no expert on, still trying to figure that part out for myself, like most of us. Luck and good health have probably something to do with success.but who knows?
I didn’t keep the 712RA on the new airplane because it was complicated and it would affect the same of the 712RA negatively. Plus I wanted a new tail number and I picked 122SZ.
In the US you can hop in your airplane and go anywhere anytime you choose to VFR. But for IFR you need a flight plan and a time you pick, which is an approximation of your departure.
Let me know if you need details on what VFR vs IFR is.
In terms of a tire issue I have a video where I got a flat before takeoff. ua-cam.com/video/WcrhFNwdLZo/v-deo.html
But dealing with more serious mechanical issues I have videos in that as well. ua-cam.com/video/qRvJ-5JgT_4/v-deo.html

Good luck with your life adventures. Best advise I guess would be stick to a goal and get to it. Whatever that goal may be.
Take care
@Niko's Wings you need to go to beaver creek Colorado to ski its amazing
I heard
