I like pes, they do some things different than fifa like being able to put any players into a team without it having a negative affect, and the ability to increase the player ratings. It also feels a lot less arcady compared to fifa. Don't get me wrong that fifa is a lot more visually pleasing and i think the shooting is better on fifa, but over all i think pes is more of a fun game.
