Hi Dan. Don't know if you'll read this as I'm watching pretty near to 2 years after you posted this but..... I enjoyed this video very much... great to see all the equipment at work.... however please understand that your commentary and opinions, whether live or as voice overs, are to my mind an integral and valuable part of your videos and add a great deal to the entertainment value..... it's not just "wafflin' on".
Thanks Dan for a great video from rowing up to the lifting to the pitting of your silage. Great part1&2 keep up the good work. Good clamp of silage nice to see a good crop after the long dry spell.
Have to say I loved part 1 aswell all the in cab footage and chat was excellent also the bonus footage you put up was excellent just the tonic in these times
Great video dan,can I ask why your silage barn is divided in two, would it not be Easier to work with that wall removed , just asking. Keep up the good work.
Loved part 1 loved part 2 even more with raking to grass collection what a video nice to see 3 different type tractors on the wagons which one is best keep videos coming at this virus time of year.
Really love the videos dan! What model is your tractor is she a 5713? And what is she like? Could u do a vid all about it one day wld really appreciate it 👍🏻
what size were the rows 20 ft or more ? you lucky to have a good cut .....we have a drouight here and are farming on a rock so silage crops are back to half the normal this year ...........
Water and additive. This assists in the process of pickling the silage. Looking to reduce the amount of oxygen, which is why the shovel driver is rolling it down as well.

Good video as per! Crop looks good!👌🏻
Fantastic outfit Dan¡
Hi Dan, nice videos you are showing. Is it typical for your region having covered silos? What´s the reason for this? Farm on, Andreas
It keeps the rain out, but most are open now because of the cost.
👍👌🇨🇦❤, Part 1 & 2 are both awesome videos, well done, very much enjoyed watching them both
Do you have any other silage pits if not what are you feeding love the vids keep them coming 🖒
Are there advantages of using wagons over a self propelled forage harvester and silage trailers?

Spot on video as always Dan - What drone do you use?
Dan, Are you inoculating this crop as it is picked up to aid in fermentation?
Would you rather wagon silage over harvesters or is that just what your Contractor uses
Hi Dan how do contractors work out a price is it done on hourly rate or per acre or cubic metre of material 👍vid
Wot is the difference between an out side pit and yuo wun

👍thanks I'm a farmer we don't use additives much in southern Ireland and I didn't think it would be acid
Out of interest why did you not have your own wagon running along side the contractors?
No offence not the nicest pit to buckrake in
