Supposedly when the two shows were in development, the producers (or whoever it was who went looking for music) requested (within two days of each other) 'Chicken Man' to be used for their shows' theme. 'Give us a Clue' got a slightly different arrangement of the song. In a similar vein, 'Piano Parchment' by Johnny Pearson was used for both 'All Creatures Great and Small' and the New Zealand version of the US quiz show 'It's Academic'.
Excellent.
Brilliant stuff! Very well played.
Thank you!
This theme lasted to atleast 98 or 99 as i recall it
Really cool! :)
Never saw Grange Hill - came across this piece of music in a Terry Miles video. what a mesmerizing left hand tune.
@@trigpoint1936 but on a real piano!
completely irrelevant unless you got perfect pitch.
@@trigpoint1936 as I said above: the key is completely irrelevant unless you got perfect pitch.
Can you do 1990 theme please
You mean this...? ua-cam.com/video/NlvykUH0omc/v-deo.html
Yes I do mean that one thankyou but just to let you know it was 1990 - 2007 not 2008 as in 2008 they reinstated the original theme for the last series
Grange Hill or Give Us a Clue?
Two TV tunes for the price of one!
