Good on you Richard. I hope the UK population get behind you farmers. The new government have completely shafted the UK Farmers. You don’t have to show the happy stuff. We’re here to support you through thick and thin. ❤
Don't apologise Rich, as you say its the biggest thing to have hit farming, it needs the publicity, and the government needs to be held to account for this.
Too many millionaires are using it to avoid tax and have messed it up for decent farmers. You can't blame Government for closing that down. It only affects people with farms that are worth a million plus right?
Go Richard go we support you and farmers 💯 because it will be us next they will be taking my mum and dads and grandma and grandads money that will be next
Well presented Richard. Both rallies are needed - the NFU to get direct to the MPs and Parliament, and the bigger demonstration/March to show the strength of feeling to the public and the rest of the world.
Great video as always Richard as followers we are all behind you farmers as we really appreciate what you all do. We all think farmers deserve the respect and recognition and prosperity that you all deserve thank you :)
Richard, you aren't alone in this fight. Farmers in my neck of the woods are facing a similar fight with our labor government trying to shaft farming and then some, particularly with the sheep industry here. We've been doing a campaign against that particular policy since May and have managed to gain public support not through violence, but peaceful protest running trucks and utes through the Perth CBD and even managed to get a NFF rally together in Canberra in September. I While I've heard other people in my area say stuff along the lines of "They voted labour in, now they have to face the consequences" I beg to differ in that regard. I say good on ya to you and all our farming counterparts in the UK for taking a stand against this stupid policy. You don't need to show the happy stuff all the time, sometimes it's important to show the brutal reality of Farming. And if that requires talking about politics that affects farming, so be it. We'll stick with you through thick and thin. Best of luck for the Protests in London. Sending support from Australia!
Richard, don't be sorry, we all feel your pain & concern, we are behind you100%, have they done any homework on this issue, they say that only about 7% of farms will be affected........more like 70% !!! Chin up mate🚜
With mathematically challenges MP's like Diane Abbott & a Chancellor who is NOT an economist, despite putting it on her CV & Labour's spiteful envy & chips on shoulders, it doesn't surprise me that they stick their knives into farmers.
Keep farming. Small and large. Keeping it in the family is important and the tax will decimate that base. Anybody who has given it some thought realizes that family farms run on love; the love of producing food; the love of the land; and the love of the family history in far.ing.😊
I'm interested in whatever you're dealing with/affecting at the moment! It's all farming related- youtube is great for being used as a platform to raise awareness, and that's what you're doing! I hope you guys can make a change and help them understand , best of luck at the meeting and march!

First time watching your channel. What I will say is this is the place to talk about the current government. Some people think milk comes from the supermarket, have no idea that it comes from a cow. People need to educate themselves with how and where we get our food from. No farmers, no food. No food, no life. I find it sad that people feel nothing for making celebrities rich beyond belief but not interested in our own food source. 😢

Gov deserve NOTHING from inheritance if you ask me.
No need to apologise Richard, this is as much to do about farming as any other topic. It will have a massive effect on the family farm. I came out of farming 20 years ago and can imagine how devastating this Labour policy would be. I was fortunate in that I have one daughter who was not interested in farming, this made my choices easier. Best of luck in London, I do hope it opens Rachel Thieves eyes as to the damage she is doing ..
Quite Richard - we need to be aligned and joined up - its all about building pressure on the Gov to make them see this is a mistake. You're profile is important! So go for it ! Get the NFU to apply the pressure. All power to all the farmers united!
Rich, please don't apologize for keeping us all informed with what is going on. These political decisions directly affect the future livelihood of yours and thousands of other family farms. Good on you, but I think the NFU have sold you all out to the government. It would have had more impact, and garnered more support, had thousands of tractors, and other farm vehicles, descended on Westminster.
You really do need to stand up for yourself against the British government. Being a victim of the infected blood community, I know it can work. Good luck 👍. It took us over 30 years and the invention of social media to get some form of recognition.
The only problem with meeting with an MP is, they are not the decision makers, at best and if you are lucky, they might pass on the message but they invariably just tow the party line regardless and are a fish out of water in most industries. They may listen, but will not hear or understand what you have to say. MPs vote according to how they are told to vote, only those with a backbone will stand up for their constituents and vote accordingly but tbh, most MPs are fairly spineless and look after the interests of their own careers rather than those they are in place to represent. I wish you all the very best and do hope Government will rethink this most ridiculous tax on the UK farming community.
