Seer's and Prophets use divination daily. Tarot cards weren't invented until the 1400's.
There’s a difference between casting lots that were performed by high priests and seeking divinations or knowledge of the future. Miraculous signs are accompanied with true believers but god warns against seeking signs bc he already shows u what u need to see. Do not but ur faith in tarot. Trust gods plan. Casting lots were practiced before Christ and we now have the gift of the Holy Spirit to guide us
