What if you got the flower to activate the scrolling but then ignored its effects and completed it as if you hadn't gotten the flower? As much as possible
It's an interesting idea but most of them are not possible to ignore unfortunately as they transform the character into a Goomba or ball or have change the level orientation. I think it would be interesting to see if someone could just break the scroll lock how many could be beat.
