I try to go to the store through the main screen of Elden ring and it says content not found. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Uninstall everything and reinstall everything.

I have found the fix. I had disc version of Elden Ring which wasn't compatible with dlc version. So I just rebought Elden Ring on the store and now it works. Dlcs are region locked. My disc version was Europe version while dlc is usa.
I bought my game on Amazon Canada,and I think it’s Europe version. But I bought my dlc on Canada ps store. I think that’s the reason the dlc can’t read the main game. Not going to buy it again, just hope they fix it.
I can't see the Shadow of the Edtree on the screen when I start the game. I have a physical copy of the game and I don't know which region it is from. When I check the storage, it says Main data not installed in this storage space

I try and open my save and it gets stuck on about 25% completed loading on bottom right it works with all my other saves this happened after trying to get into the DLC

Make sure you have enough space for the game, make sure you have AT LEAST 30GB free, I had what was said as 21gb and it didn’t work, so I just deleted random stuff and it’s fully downloading now

I had the same problem. Literally just delete the game completely, then download it again but before it continues to download it will ask if you want the extra whatever GB for the erdtree. Select yes of course then after finishing downloading it will be in the game now
If you can’t access DLC try going to Elden ring in your game library, press start for a option list and choose manage game u might not have it downloaded yet
My problem is that Dlc doesn't recognise the game base , My game is a disc. 😢

I FOUND A WAY ON HOW TO FIX IT FOR PS4-5!!!
check the games information, and check add-ons. If it shows a lock next to the add-on, go to account management, and press restore licenses, it will restore the addon, and you will be able to play it.

I thought it was installed! Could not find in the store to say owned already or in update game
BUT used the store link in the game menu and it was there as owned just waiting to be installed

I am from South Africa and I have the physical game, the region says 'All' .. however it does not want to install and I spent R750 on the dlc.. please help

in elden ring, i burned the tree and got teleported to enir ilim, but didnt pick up the site of grace and teleported somewhere else, how do i getbback

Please help me I started the game on my ps4 then midpoint I saved all loaded all my data to my ps5 I beat the game I downloaded it installed it I’m playing the ps5 disc right now but it won’t let me do the new dlc please help me
I have a US region account, and my friend has an Australian region account. I played the base game on my account, but for the DLC, I deleted my base Elden game and downloaded it from my friend's account, which includes the DLC. The DLC works on his profile on my PlayStation but not on mine. Is this issue due to the region difference between my account and the game?
I still having issues for downloading the dlc, I have my usa account and I bought the dlc from there, and I have no idea about the region about my game physical copy, but it shouldn't affect anything. I restarted my console twice, I rebuilded my database, I have 100gb free and still says "cannot find the application"
No, that is the issue. Dlc is region locked and it must match disc version. If it doesn't you need to buy new version. I will buy tomorrow usa version of the main game.
Yeah my disc is EU copy and the DLC is USA so I bought the USA version of the game in hopes it works

@@checkprofile- That is what I will do. My region on profile is usa. So i will just buy usa version now and hopefully it works. Posting update as soon as possible, downloading Elden Ring from the store at the moment.
I can confirm. I just installed store version, from the same store where I bought DLC and now I can see dlc.
If you are on the PS5, you have to download the PS4/PS5 version of the DLC.
what happens if i lose acess to the dlc? my save is lost forever? or i respawn in another area?
