- How much do dogs and cats look alike? Well in one thing these cute pets are alike - they all love to eat good food. But despite the fact that husky dogs are predators just like cats, the manner in which they eat their food is different. Dogs try to eat everything as quickly as possible. Cats are real gourmets, cats chew every bite and can eat for a very long time. Maybe that's why dogs often try to take food away from cats. But my huskies get a good slap from the cats in return.
We have a very funny competition between our cats and dogs. It's up to you to decide which one wins.

There are times when Yuki chases Belka away from the bowl. Belka is very mad about this 😊

I was surprised too. At one time, we taught Monty how to ring a bell. Apparently, he perceived the empty plate as that bell and he began to demand a treat. ❤️🐺❤️

With Huskies the food at least gets the chance to be on the plate. If you had a Labrador, the food have been gone like two days before it gets to the plate, somehow. (when it comes to food, Labs have time-traveling powers)

Looks like Monty is left paw and so cute asking for more. I am amazed how slow cats are at eating and drinking, you must have good huskies that will not help the cats with eating. Yuki is getting real fuzzy in the tummy.
The cats get the award for most delicate and discriminating eaters. (Your cats slower eaters than mind. Mine finsih their food before I get across the room.) Yuki very food driven. She made sure she finished every drop. Monte very cute how he paws and stands on hind legs. Olive makes sure she chews well before swallowing, rather than inhaling the food. Such a cute four legged family.
The kitties seem delicate and sweet like the doggos.

These are quail eggs. We give chicken eggs to cats only when they are cooked. 😊
