I'm not an Icelandic but the beautiful untouched nature in Iceland makes me want to cry. Dear tourists, please respect the land you visit and keep it as you found it.
Not only the tourist everybody should respect their surroundings
The majestic landscape deserve so much respect as Iceland is a peaceful country and my dream to visit

Sorelle Amore Hey sorelle i just wana ask are ICELAND and Greenland Best friend's as country?
Great Video and you have a Beautiful Smile . I thank you and I look forward to my visit . I can't wait to try the water .
Thank you for pointing out the moss issue... People must learn to admire nature respectfully, not only in Iceland! ✌
Fuck your moss.
@@andrewhales9771 wtf is wrong with u ? u need therapy
Is the moss fragile?
@@andrewhales9771 haha... Watch the moss? Starving kids, homeless people, joblessness, cancer... But hey, watch the moss!!!
As an Icelander I just wanna say THANK YOU! for the comment on Justin Bieber music video!
And to add to your points, no off road driving if possible..tourists have destroyed enough rental cars and nature allready :c
Ramon de la Rosa your name is so latino! Question... Why is it so expensive there? People talk about it like they talk about our tacos here in Mexico.
Another reason to hate Bieber
@@brixperez3951 Goverment ... Remember the panama papers ?
Daniel Redfern he had nothing to do with the music video.
@@brixperez3951 Bunch of things, but basically shipping costs, taxes on top of that, high minimum wages, amount of tourists vs people who live there and economically very fluctuated because of the things mentioned before
I was at Reynisfjara black beach just the other day. It is truly amazing! On the other side of the headland is basically the same beach, without all the tourists. It’s possibly my favourite place in Iceland, there’s something so beautiful about the black sand, the mountains in the background, the stunning geological features and the crashing waves. Not to mention the breathtaking waterfalls, glaciers, mountains and volcanoes!
she has one of the best smiles on you tube...
My plan is to go to iceland as soon as I have my bachelor degree. That is what motivates me for studying a lot!
Iceland is a land that facinates me already for some years now and so I decided that I will go there. So this video is very very helpful!! I hope there will be many others of these!!!
I wish all traveling videos were like this: to the point, full of useful info, no useless talk. Simply amazing - thank you for posting and keep it up!
I have been planning a trip to Iceland. This short video of yours did for me what dozens of other sites could't do cumulatively. So thanks a bunch pretty lady!!!!
I went there way back in 1983 for 3 weeks in July. Very few tourists back then. Still expensive but the most amazing country. My favourite of all time...REALLY want to return. Stayed in youth hostels and camped - quite an experience...camping on lava fields...huge winds. Ring road on the local bus. GOOOOO!!
Thank you for teaching turists about my beautiful country! So many tourists don't know what to expect like how to dress for the weather here.
Yup weather keeps changes ..were you from halldora ?
Thank you! Accurate and well presented! Here I am, an Icelander living in Australia and loving every minute, and you doing the same in Iceland! Such wonderful freedom we have! I'll take care of your place and you take care of mine! ❤️
A lot of those UA-cam videos about Iceland can drive us locals CRAZY!!! ...but not this one!
Thank you Sorelle for this video, no myths or urban legends... just a good video with solid tips on how to travel in Iceland ❤️
This was an impressive post. No stammering.. Full on, confident, positive , well-researched, fact after fact - Really well done.
I leave for Iceland in 2 WEEKS!!!! I keep revisiting this video because it makes me even more excited!
I'm glad you mentioned the moss, there are a lot of people that don't know about it
I'm going to go this summer for a month, because my boyfriend was born there and he goes regularly and I'm SO excited to finally go with him ❤ thanks for the tips
The most beautiful thing any one can wear is their smile. Boy oh boy you wear it so well 😁. Love your energy. Going on Aug 5th for the 5th time in 5 years. Your simple list is still useful. All the best.
These tips came just in time. We have prepped 8/10 of your tips prior to watching this video. So we are on par.....leaving Monday!!
Thank you for the tips! I'm actually going study abroad to Iceland in summer of 2020, and I've been doing as much research as possible on the country. I'll be in a group of people and everything will already be paid for, but it's still good to be prepared!
Went to Iceland on 28th Feb for 3 nights on our honeymoon, night before it snowed the most in 80 years, and we managed to see the northern lights from our hotel window.. it was so spectacular I cried! I miss Iceland so much, going back for more photography as soooooon as we can. Your right, it's expensive but totally worth every single second! Fantastic video, loved it ☺ x
Hey if you guy's are going to Iceland then just bring A LOT OF MONEY!!!
I wish I could visit this espectacular again but this time with my mom, I am not sure I will, it is extremely expensive 😩😢
about money it is not 100% correct. true is, that you can spend alot of money there. 10 days in iceland (in guesthouse) cost that same money as one month in 5 star hotel , all inclusive, in turkey. But why you call it expensive? With 250 us dollars per day you will be totally fine. WHO don´t have that money? and more important question...why someone don´t have that money? If someone is lazy to make money, than he/she is lazy to go to iceland either.
I go to school in Pittsburgh and just found out that flights from PIT to Reykjavik are obscenely cheap! This video was so helpful in answering my questions :) Thanks!
This made me wanna pack my bags and head for Iceland right noooooow
Dooooo ittttttt ;)
pyrrhichos You should I from Iceland
pyrrhichos I'm going there today for 4 days!
Dani Rose have a lovely time!!
pyrrhichos thank you I'm sure I will. I'll be posting a video of it on my channel if you would like to check it out
What a smile!
Saludos, from Miami Beach Fl!
Thank you for the information on Iceland.
I’ve been considering moving to Iceland myself.
You should also mention off road driving is strictly forbidden
Very good, practical information. And, as stated at 4:40 - Don't step on the moss! Oh yeah (5:50), and take your trash away! No one else wants to see it.
Thanks for your tips! I came back yesterday and I was blown away (literally and figuratively)
Love your no nonsense approach.
I went to Iceland in 2014 and have been dying to go back since I landed back in the states. So happy I stumbled upon your channel!!
Ready to go. Will prepare and plan for next year during the Winter and hopefully I will see the Northern Lights.
when I was last in Iceland for geography we just filled our water bottles out of every river/waterfall we stopped at. Best I've ever tasted, and the tap water is wonderful too!
Hello this is Brandon, the fan that stopped you outside of the Hallgrímskirkja. Thank you for the helpful content, and it was very cool to see you in Iceland.
My girlfriend and I are heading to Iceland this week. Thanks for being a part of our planning journey! I appreciate your positivity and insight!
Excellent video, thank you! Heading to Iceland in TEN DAYS! First time, so excited!
Great video from a fellow Aussie! Going here at the end of March, cannot wait!!
I leave for Iceland in November and i am SOOOOOO glad i found this 💗 Thanks for the tips!!
I love your video! Your smile is contagious!
I'm from the US, Florida originally. Going to Iceland for the first time mid April!!!
I went to Iceland in June last year and can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. By far the best place I've ever been. Although I went with a group on a guided tour so next time Id definitely want to go in the winter time and explore in my own time so thanks so much for the tips!!! I can totally vouch for Reykjavík being expensive - I spent the equivalent of FOURTEEN POUNDS on a tiny notebook in this boutique shop. Would highly recommend visiting the penis museum also - such a laugh
My friends and I are going to Iceland in July, and your UA-cam channel has been a great resource for us to plan the trip, thank you so much, and congrats on all your success!
eee I can't wait to go to Iceland! My boyfriend is Icelandic and he's told me so many wonderful things about his home country. We're going to to the Secret Solstice festivle this year but I'm mainly looking forward to seeing the beautiful sights. I am so excited :DD
She is such a beautiful person i may or may not have smile-cried. I want to move to iceland so bad.

Hi Sorelle! Nice tips! I've been in Iceland in september 2016. It was amazing! The place it self and the northern lights are gorgeous. I saved so much money buying my food at the grocery shop.. and yes, I've spent just one day in Reykjavik, it was enough. Loved the place.. I wish i could move to iceland someday..
Love your videos, bye!

Sorelle, my fiancé and I love your videos. We just recently went to Iceland and watched your videos a handful of times, thanks for the advice!
I decided to travel to Iceland after school in August this year. For at least 4 months I think, I just bought a one way ticket, haha! Thank you for the video. I'm sooo freaking excited. After watching this I just want to pack my stuff and head there right now haha! I'm kinda "scared" that I'll fall so much in love with the country that I don't want to go home again.
I'm from Iceland and I'd just like to thank you for making this video! Now tourists thinking about visiting Iceland will know more about the country :)) Awesome video and I love the cinematography. Keep up the good work c:
You have such a beautiful smile. Kudos to your creator.

This is some fantastic advice. I'm a native and I really couldn't have done any better. Thumbs up.
Going to Iceland next friday (24th of Nov) for my 18th birthday on the 27th!!! Super excited now
Thank you so much for this video, it really helped us plan our trip to Iceland, and we had the most magical time!!
I just spent 8 days in Iceland. AMAZING!!!
I live in the USA, the south. It's is so hot, and humid.
I love cold, I wish to visit Iceland. I prefer solitude and feel Iceland is accommodating to this.
loved that report ...you make it joyful
There are many places where you can stay four one night ore camp ,it is not so expensive,it is rather European tariffs for camping modestly.
One major tip ,bye a map from the year you want to travel...because the rivers are changing the roads every year ,so a map from 2015 can and will be different for shore,a specials the interior not the paved roads and ring road .
Each year they relocated the roads and test them ,and than mark them with pools .
Because water and snow and ice remap a great part of the interior.
Also look out on the open planes of ashes, they look hard to drive on ,but sometimes a river passes under the surfaces so creates cavities as big as busses, and when you drive over it ,you can disappear for ever...because the cavity will fill itself back up with ashes .
This tip was given my bye locals ,nice people when they start to know you.
Have a safe trip.
THANK YOU FOR MENTIONING THE MOSS
I'm going to Iceland in may! I'm so excited
Mental note pack rope for crazy camera shots!
Thanks Sorelle, this video was really helpful :)
So glad I stumbled on your video. Beautiful job and so excited for my trip in November!
Thanks for the tips. We are looking firward to visiting soon but have a pang of guilt by being a tourist. Most of my travel is quiet adventuroust style. This will be different…😬🤞🏻🤞🏻
Watching you from Bharat(India) 🇮🇳 Thanks for the info.❤️
LOVE THIS! we are coming on thursday!! cannot wait! hope the lights are out for us :)
Iceland is the most beautiful place I know ❤❤
Laura Peroni thank you i live there💖💖
I just booked for May for $230RT so happy and can not wait. Crossing it off my bucket list.
Factor in that flights are usually the cheapest part of the trip and the airlines give you a false sense of the prices you'll expect in Iceland. Don't be shocked - start booking accommodation now and any transport you need. Prepare yourself.
Otherwise...hooray! And Iceland looks forward to seeing you in May! :)
If everything goes well I will be there in September 😊. Thanks for the tips.
Thanks for your insight, very helpful and appreciated your enthusiasm. Heading there in a week and hoping to catch the Northern Lights and all the beauty the country offers. And yes, bringing the drone and GoPro!
Went October ticked all the boxes just wish we done a week instead of 3 nights warm enough at 8c and dark enough at 8pm great 50th bday present
This is so awesome! Thank you so much for sharing!
Going to Iceland in a few months for the first time!! Can’t wait:)
Que hermosos paisajes , gracias por mostrarlos , es como estar en esos lugares tan bellos.
Just back from Iceland and car hire is about the one thing that's reasonably priced. I found it to be comparable to anywhere in Western Europe that I've hired in
I am visiting in October from Chicago!!!
