  • breaking down a soft maple yard tree with a tigercat buncher. NOTE This was after doing a 10 acre clearing job and was waiting for the float to show up so he took those 2 maples down for us. Leave a like or comment and check out my other videos.

    it warms my heart to see big logging equipment working down town .😎 can u image how many people freaked out when they drove by and seen that sweet video stay safe get logs

      People do not normely get too see these machine at work as they live in the deepest thickest forests. And you certantly dont get too see the god like skills of skills of the operator!

      @@SkidderKev ide love too oparate one . However here in the uk its health and safty mad! You need a ticket for everything!!!!!! Which cost big £££ Even a ladder the most simplest thing too use in the world!!!

      They aren't to fussy here with being certified but does help. Some bigger companies do require it.

    anybody else get this in a suggested video? Its from 7 yrs ago. Either way i liked it. Thats how you take down a big tree!

    Cool to see it in town working. Probably the fastest and safest way to take down that tree!

    I don't know why that tree had to go but for one it's nice to have the right equipment, and for another I'm pretty sure wood like that is worth using for something.

      It did get sent to the sawmill to he turned into lumber and the limbs turned into firewood. Thanks for watch!

    May as well have left the lowbed idling alongside because that little job`s done in 10 minutes. Safe clean way to do the job, but totally overkill.

      sure is a safe clean and fast way to do it. He just finished doing a 10acre clearing job and was waiting for the float to show up, so since he was there waiting he took 2 trees down for us.

      @@SkidderKev thats how we cleared all the trees in the seniors yards using a feller buncher wich it alot safer then a chain saw and tree goes wrong direction and onto the seniors home wich why it was a smart thinking and no building damage

      @@SkidderKev feller bunchers sures handy for tree work around buildings no worrying have trees fall on to the roofs wich why we came up smart idea use the feller buncher in the seniors yard

      @@SkidderKev that like we done with our feller buncher to clear trees around the senors home wich it was smart and safer way then hand held chainsaw plus trees wouldnt fall on to there senors home wich we had smart idea

    The tree said "Just take a little off the top..." I have never seen someone do that with such a machine, who needs a cherry picker? ha ha

    What kind of tree is that? Those things usually go through a tree like a hot knife through butter. This tree almost stalled the blade multiple times.

      It was a maple tree. It's not our machine but I think it could use some new teeth.

    shame to see them cutting down such a big old tree not many left that big with the way they cut wood now a days that tree must be at least a couple hundred years old
