I’m glad to see your update! Hair looks LUSCIOUS and I love that! Idk if I commented this on a previous video of your or not (cause I definitely binge watched a few a couple weeks ago)- but your unraveling may be due to you doing rope twists as your two strand twist method versus not rolling the hair while twisting. I think I saw on The Digital Loctician’s page that rope twists can cause unraveling and delay the locing process. Nonetheless-- you’re hair looks great and I’m glad you’re doing okay 🫶🏾

I did talk about how my locs unraveled with the rope twists in my previous loc update video and I decided to wait until my hair fully locs to revisit that style. Now, I have a couple of locs that unravel only after washing my locs, but they are slowly but surely starting to loc up completely now.. finally 😂

OMG thats how my scalp looked when I started locs. I was so thrown because I didnt have that issue before so I combed them out. I still suffer from it. Idk what happened. It just started when I was pregnant at 33. But now that I am more educated, I am ready to try again. Thank you for your videos.
Mine happened after pregnancy as well. I definitely have to be on it when maintaining my scalp with these locs because those scales are a beast to get rid of.
