My scalp used to look like that. It went away when I cut gluten out of my diet. Zero dry patches. You should try Nazerol shampoo -that helped a lot while I was changing my diet.

I love your tips :❤ about deep conditioning every time I wash my hair & I have to wash at least once a week or every 3 days. C my hair gets like hay if I don’t. ❤ a satin pillow case is necessary!!! Those cotton ones will dry your natural hair out!!

Trauma can be debilitating and with your spirit not being born-again, the devil will always tempt you to remove yourself from the earth and your children! Repent sis, turn from your sins and come to Jesus! I'm a witness, you don't want to go through All that Hell, only to end up there! I'm so sorry this has happened to you, but Jesus is the only way! In Him the focus is taken off ourselves and put on Him! Repent, turn from your sins and please come to Jesus! Just cry out to Him to save you and He will! He promises!

Oh wow!! Just what I needed to hear. I almost disagreed about retwisting more often due to over manipulation. But girllll with your retwist technique I just saw I am now more confident. My hair is full but fine. Thank you for the information. I can rock out my new growth when my locs mature.

I must say this is the best video I’ve seen on starter locs. I am 1 month in today (10/12) and I really don’t want to retwist until November. I will now be prepared for them to unravel some when I do retwist.
