    Yes garlic is for eating HOWEVER if you have ever get stung or bitten by an insect (even a tarantula) then rub a cut garlic clove over the bite and it will save you.

      Really I don't plan on getting bit by a tarantula but I'm a bee keeper so I do get sung from time to time, I wonder if garlic would help a bee sting🤔

      One can only wonder where so very many stupids come from. Indoctrinated by medicine which is NOT about health at all and the desperate fostered "need" to be one of the crowd explains some of them, but so many! And I do NOT refer to Mandell. Comments like the above make it hard to have any faith in humanity. No wonder America is in such a mess.

    I remember some elderly people in my town that would make a garlic
    Necklace or poultice and wear around their neck, for colds etc.
    My mother used something on us called Musterole, it was extremely strong.

    You actually don't have to chew it. Get a clove and smash it on your cutting board..let it sit for a couple minutes to release the allicin. Scoop it up and swallow it chasing it down with a drink. Chewing it is for those that are tough like you doc 😉. You look good n healthy BTW. Love your advice and going to use it as I really need to improve my health as I'm nearing 50 and haven't been feeling well overall.

    Dr Berg is recommending slicing garlic and pouring boiling water over it, then straining and cooling while placing in a neti pot to use to help with infections. Yes, I did try it because I'm desperate. I thought I was going to die! I have a very high pain tolerance but it about took me to my knees. Needless to say I am worse and am about to go to Urgent Care.

  • @martinmuldoon603

    Actually very good up your rear, adsorbs into your bloodstream faster than other ways, you need to cut slits to release the oil, be careful passing gas.

    • @martinmuldoon603
      @martinmuldoon603 5 місяців тому +1

      Yes that's true, I'm not a doctor so take this as you choose however I believe if you takea clove of garlic use a toothpick to fill it full of holes as many as you can without breaking it up, then leave it for 10 minutes to increase the active ingredient, then I use a cbd oil to spray on it, then insert the cove into your rectum, this definitely helps my blood pressure helps stop bleeding piles, stops parasites in their tracks as pinworm can't get down into the bowl to lay their eggs so this will break their reproductive cycle (along with good hygiene). I also believe it helps reduce swelling of the prostrate gland, as stated before is a great way to get garlic oils into the blood stream. I have from experience found these benefits, I notice when I stop piles reoccur until I start using the garlic again. So I politely disagree with the great Dr Mandell on this one. Yes putting garlic up your nose will burn and irritate the membranes inside your nose so use with caution and yes it helps clear the head in using it for that purpose as I type this, I've firstly used a few drops of coconut oil also nasal decongestion, I'm fed up with constant sore heads and blocked head as if I'm under water, it affects my whole life by filling hearing affected speach etc. I think I've been exposed to black mold you plus I'm sensitive to dust mods etc, so I plan on better dust control as part of my recovery. I am also drinking turmeric with black pepper, ginger with a fizzy dissolved vit C tablet, while chewing a piece of cinnamon stick all as an anti inflammatory treatment. I'm sure people here will be able to point a better way but I'm getting started on this journey to fighting long term sinuses issues.

    I came straight here to see his response coz I was thinking of doing this. I know often a good juicy onion can clear up a stuffy nose in seconds. Cut a small triangle shape and then break it to let me of that aroma go into your nose.. most of the time in 10 seconds it works (also eating spicy mustard is very quick temporary relief too) but if you use onions if you do it many times over a few days it may slightly start oratong the bottom of your Jose but it's always been worth it to me.
