First and foremost, thank you for this informative video. I have a few questions...I am wrapping up my sixth year as a public high school teacher and applied for the PSLF waiver in October. A colleague of mine had her entire 50k balanced completely forgiven and she'd never even made a payment and she is in her 5th year. I haven't made any payments either and as a result, Mohela is telling me that I am ineligible. This seems to be contrary to the one-time waiver requirements. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Isn't that just like another form service like doing other community resources and responsibilities in being helpful to others
