    This is a great example of passion and spirit.
    This man has immersed himself selflessly into his art in order to become a master of it.
    I have studied Hung Kuen for most of my life and see lots of similarities in his Lohan Qigong
    I would love to meet and spend some time with this Sifu.
    Excellent

    Thank you very much indeed, I really enjoyed this video 🙏 As a practitioner of mostly Chinese Martial Arts for the past 37 years, and with a background in Ngor Chor (5 Ancestors Fist) I appreciate the fact that this Master is so passionately sharing his knowledge and experience in authentic Lohan and Qigong training. I wish you every success with all that you are doing! ☀️

    Best episode so far. Amazing. Love listening and watching this master. What is interesting to me is how some of the movements in Luohan are actually similar to that of the Okinawan styles of Karate. Karate seems to be closer to the roots of Luohan than a lot of Kung fu styles.

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  4 роки тому +2

      Thank you, Jiang Yu Shan is incredibly knowledgeable and way more than people can even imagine, yet. Okinawan Karate certainly has lots of similarities to Lohan and very likely was influenced and originates from China.

      There is a big difference between nothern and southern Lohan. There is also a southern Mantis style what is totally different from the northern styles and dont have any connection. Just look for Fukien Lohan San Zhen as an example. It almost looks like Karate.

    Odd question but very very curious (finding nothing on google) - Where can I get a shirt similar in style to the Grandmaster's in this video?
    Not the logo per se, but the actual style and build of the shirt!!
    PLEASE HELP.

    "this is incredibly tough for the quads" - niinpä! And then he pulled your torso straight which increased the load even more! (and spread it to the lower back/hip flexors as well!) I've had that very same experience myself through Chen taiji!
    Muuten, Helsingissä asuu Baji ja Chen Taiji mestari Lu Baochun joka näyttää opettavan "aitoa" kungfuta. Check him out, since he's close to you!

      @@IbrahimKhalil-bt9yh We are his students, we met him first time in 2018. Now in 2020 we released a course together which you can find at WarriorNeigong.com
      He had no interest being on social media but eventually managed to get nice information out. He is very busy and I doubt he has interest sharing his Shaolin training regimen for no reason since he mostly shares his methods with his students and disciples just like his masters did before him
