i am planing on getting this setup this year ! I am upgrading from cdj 2000 nexus and djm 900 nexus altho I probably keep the 2000 nexus to have 4 cdj :)
Im a controller user, idk how to setup the cdj i want to buy too Do all the cable come from the box? Or do i need seperate purchase? Soo many cable its confusing
Unfortunately Pioneer are seen as “Professional” and Denon are “Prosumer”. Its just the way it is and all working DJs have the same choice to make. James Hype started on controllers and said for him to be taken seriously he had to learn to play on CDJs, he even documented the journey on youtube.
@@bboymac84 sounds like Pioneer needs to get with the times. I member back in the day, 30 years ago, when Denon was the top stereo receiver, then pioneer slowly came around. But I’m surprised, with how Denon built the stereo receivers, that they didn’t build this unit a lot more beefier, looks kind of thin and flimsy, unlike pioneer.
Cant wait to upgrade to the cdjs and a9 mixer. Coming from rane Four
the rane controllers are really good tbf. i've got the rane one. i just wish they had rb support
Does the Ethernet only works with a power hub ?
Thanks for doing this!

Amazing video guys! 🙂
Pioneer do hold their resale value. That’s the only reason I would probably get them. Other than that the sc6000 all day. But congrats on your setup..
Congrats Guys ...
Gretą video, greatbexplanations

It really is! I'll be sure to make more of these, thanks for watching and thank you for your support!
Hi, did you have any problems with the player due to the latest update?
No problems at all!
Does it have streaming in them like Denon has? Beatsource?
Yes but you need to connect the cdjs to internet through the ethernet hub
yoo! what up Jess! so random to come across you in this vid. - Alister

big mixer #pioneerdj
What does this mixer suppose to do other than scratch? 🤷🏾♂️🙎🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️

Club standard is DJM-900NXS2 😅
Super expensive but the mixer doesn’t have an Ethernet hub and usb hub built in! What a total miss. 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
Negative Nancy at it again. lol
@@BigCountrySo-CaL619 Iol it’s true why pay all that money for an incomplete product 🤷🏾♂️
@@bboymac84 I actually agree with you on this one, they should’ve added more ethernet ports for each channel, or USB-C ports.
@@BigCountrySo-CaL619 exactly!! Now we gotta buy extra box and a powered usb hub just to cross over to the next DJ! This is stupid design!!🤦🏾♂️

You need better speakers than that.
