A few ideas:
1: You should make it where the bullies have a chance of dropping their head when killed, then the player, mono, six, etc can wear it and the bullies won’t attack,
2: the player should be able to hug nomes to take them by right clicking, or on mobile by using an icon.
3: you should be able to gain a limited version of the lady’s power, like you can only kill from a certain range and even then it isn’t an instant kill.
4: leeches and other characters should be added, if you want
Those are just a few ideas, if I think of more I’ll add more,

Can you add accsesories? Like... Mono's paperbag, you can wear it. Six's raincoat, you can also wear it.
Edit: It would be cool if you can be turned into a nome by the lady (or by using the specific armour) and turn into monsters (chef, janitor, lady, etc.) By using special armour.

You should make it where the janitor can fight thing if it’s as big as him or bigger also the chef to and the lady and make it where mono can break doors and break wood with the axe

You really good at making mods
Just a thought, but what if you were somehow able to eventually gain the characters' trusts and when you reach certain points, you can tell them to help you in someway and can follow, move freely in a safe environment, or stay and sit in a spot. They could also run away and hide from possible danger no matter what command they are withstanding or fight the enemy. You could probably even add more kid skins to make it seem more realistic and detailed, like the kids on the maw.
You should put in the guest in too and the doctor and patients

Like side effects and all? Like for six you have to worry about hunger stages and all! And mono can carry weapons? I would really like if you made it so that you can be the character!
