Mia it's longer in the top than it is on the sides and in the back. It's kind of an undercut but not quite.

Aisha Carter I don't have a hooded dryer. I use the foam if I want to add curls, but if I want a firm hold I add gel with the foam than tie my hair down with a head scraf leave for about 10-20 minutes unwrap it and I'm good to go. My hair is super short like her hair just to let you know.

Beautiful! I planned to wash my hair tonight an this is a great style to do since its been so HOT here in Maryland. Need a break from the flat iron. One question, how do you wrap it at night to avoided lump/bumps from whatever hair wrap you use? (Wanna wear for a few days until I wash my hair again.)

Is it possible to do this look without a dryer? Does air drying disfigure the mold ? I don’t have an over the head and I’ve been trying to do this look I keep getting waves. Is there a certain way to tie the wraps? I have so many questions I’m new to the relaxed life 🤦🏽♀️
A dryer will give you the best results. You can air dry but that works best on a fresh relaxer and when you tie it up.

Yes, but it may be time for it again. Its been like month and a half. I have been using ORS for over 6+ years so I'm thinking of switching to Mizani or Crème of Nature. Any thoughts?

what do i do if i dont have a big overhead hair dryer. how do I do the dry mold with a regular blow dryer
Turn it on low flow of air & high heat & do 2 mins in one section, then 2 mins in another and so on - then keep repeatedly drying the sections for the same time periods until your own whole head is dry. Similar to how naturals use a diffuser for a wash n go. Also, I would use wrap strips all over your head so the hair will not start to move as it dries.

can you achieve this look without a dryer?
Yes. You could tie it with the wrap strips and let it air dry. I would only do that on a fresh relaxer. Air drying won't give you as sleek a look on hair that has some new growth.

To the first question- yes you can do this style on any length pixie cut. I'm not sure what you're asking in your 2nd question.

+Cocoa Monroe No problem. you could use the Mesh & Velcro wrap scarves. Those and the strips are the only things I've ever used that I know will work.
