    I've been hating my short hair for years as it was cut out of necessity and not for style. You have given me hope. Your hair is the same, length and texture as mine, with some of the same thin temples issues. So here's hoping. Thank you.

    This is the best tutorial on molding short that I've seen! It's helped me sooo much and it's crazy how a subtle change can make a world of a difference. Thank you so much..the best!!

    You are my saving grace! I am getting my hair cut like yours and I have been nervous on how to style it. I have never had hair this short and didn't even know what you do after you wash and before you style. I knew there had to be something in between there! Now I am so excited and not nervous anymore because you demonstrated so well. I cannot wait!

    Excellent foundation for shirt black hair mold. Is a relaxer a must. I just recently had all relaxer cut out of my hair because of breakage and and scalp fungus and it is growing back very well. I had tried several wraps and LB has been
    the best. Thank you for the additional information.

    Thanks for the straightforward tips. I didn't like black strips either now I know why. I look like a chia pet after 4 weeks with growing out pixie and I am not enjoying the grow out process. I am 6 weeks in and molded hair at home. Pushing relaxer to 8 weeks is rough for me even at 6 weeks I think my hair looks kinky.

    I absolutely love your video. I am new with pixie cut and I am a natural. My question is can natural hair be molded down tightly like on permed hair? Also can you sleep on the molded hair? Thanks😊

    • @TheCutLife
      @TheCutLife  8 років тому +4

      +Fajr Mccurdy Hello, thank you! Yes you can mold natural hair like relaxed hair but honestly it depends on your texture. A a tighter texture may not mold as smooth as a more loose texture of hair.

    • @TheCutLife
      @TheCutLife  8 років тому +3

      +The Cut Life Also you can sleep on dry mold hair, I wouldn't suggest sleeping with a wet mold.

      Shayla Rials I use a silk or satin scarf to wrap my hair. Then I blow dry through the scarf or I leave it on for the whole day

    • @Jay_Lo
      @Jay_Lo 6 років тому

      Absolutely you can do an air dry wrap. I would only do it at bedtime because it will be completely dry when you wake up. You simply do all of what she's saying here but tie a scarf neatly over the wrap, strips and all. Try not to have too many creases and tie it nice and snug. You can Bobby pin the scarf on the sides for extra security. It's easier than it sounds and almost foolproof.

    Hey awesome tutorial! So I'm natural, but my hair is extremely short(I buzz cut my hair a couple weeks ago). I'm on a mission to make my hair healthier because it's been through so much craziness, so I'm staying away from harsh chemicals such as relaxers or texturizers. But I wanna have a very slick style like this, could I still mold my hair with its natural texture?
