What a coincidence!
I have taught English in Valtice in the summer for years (except since Covid). When I started, we stayed and taught in the castle. Now it runs at the Valtice Wine School.
I have visited the salon many times and I have really been reminiscent of my time there. I was wanting to make the traditional goulash dish and that's how I found your channel and then this video.
I remember that castle tour with the slippers and the very stern tour guide. We also went to the Lednice castle. The grounds and paths were quite immaculate!
