There is a team of security guards near wood Loigh. Young foreign security very oroblem child even his team mates all dislike and caused problems never got fired. Suspect someone is taking.....
Basically, foreigners esp Malaysian are taking advantage of 3x exchange rate to earn good income. Imagine if securiry guard is around SGD3000, then is RM9000(better pay than manager in Malaysia), that is why so many young malay indian and chinese flock over to SG to be cleaner and security guard. Somemore they try to get even more by working morning and night shift. They are just here for the money, so quality of work not there(they work 2 shift, too tired and keep making mistake). Company operating also dont mind becos that lower down the operation cost(Manpower heavy industry like security guard and cleaner). Some more for condominium deployment, normally higher ranking(SSO and SS) are Foreigner as they are cheaper compared to Singaporean. As they can employ 4 malaysian when they employ 1 Singaporean. Even if they make the pay of Malaysian slightly lower by 20% many will still come becos of the exchange rate. Win-win for foreigners and employer

In food delivery, many singaporeans or residents are letting foreigners who dont have PR to use their accounts to moonlight Illegally. Many sg residents are the culprits as they try to use the foreign workers to do such manual work by paying them some while they keep the rest without having to do the actual work. Mamy car parks in singapore, for decades, there are illegal car washers who are under the control of some sg residents using them to earn money while they themselves dont need to wash cars

Red Dot United (RDU) has issued a strong statement criticising Nee Soon Town Council and Member of Parliament Louis Ng over their failure to detect and prevent a six-year-long kickback scheme involving estate cleaners in Nee Soon East.
The scheme saw 57 migrant workers coerced into paying nearly S$400,000 in illegal kickbacks to their manager, Derrick Ho, who was recently sentenced to 24 weeks in jail.
RDU described the situation as “utterly unacceptable,” questioning how such large-scale exploitation could persist undetected for so long. The statement highlighted that the case only came to light in 2020 following an anonymous complaint, despite the workers being employed within the constituency under the town council’s purview.
