I just got back from a week trip to NYC and one thing I’ll take away was going to Columbus park on a Sunday and seeing the kids running game after game as long as I was there. The city has such an immense love for the game that I’ve never seen anywhere else and it made me so happy to know the game is in good hands.
Beyond brilliant. The John Wallace segment sent me over the edge. Keep doing what you do. That run which culminated with a loss against a Kentucky team featuring three 1st round picks, freshman Ron Mercer & Reed Sheppard's dad was the defining moment of my basketball viewing life. Love this video so much.
What you did is AMAZING. I grew up in France before Tony Parker, Diaw, Pietrus, when EU players only dreamt of the NBA and I would read French Bball Magazine (couldn't speak English then) and their description of New York basketball and you just made me go back and dream again. I'm a LAKERS fan but the culture of new york basketball is beyond amazing. Thanks

You guys did a great job with this. Streetball in NYC is maybe the greatest free entertainment in the world. The culture is so deep and the talent is electric. You can spend a summer day on a circuit going from court to court. Also Mr Get It Done is a legend.

What Kyle has done here instead is grab a slice of it, contextualize it, and really make us feel it, and appreciate how it is all connected. Really good man.
We need another volume this, please! Well Done. Run it back come spring 2025. Go to each borough. Talk to people about their connections to their local basketball courts.
