I've had vibrantly turquoise hair with a purple streak for about 5 years and when I decided it was time for a change, the dye didn't come out whatsoever. I tried absolutely everything, but in the end I had no choice but to grow it out for 3 1/2 years until I was able to dye it another colour x_x anyway I'm glad making videos is having a positive effect, even with everything going on. I hope you're okay!

One of my friend's recently got a fresh start by doing a super short haircut after she too had dyed her hair and wanted to go back to her natural color. I myself had short hair long ago. Not going to lie, I kind of miss it. And it's so much cooler during the summer heat. She let it grow out to its full length again, just took time

Blue is horrendous to get out. I tried to dye my hair twice after having it blue and it was still showing so much (and some parts kinda green lol), I ended up having to get it done professionally and they had to do like a red brown to cover it xD
If you put a copper through it, you can cancel out the blue, but it might go brown.
yeah i was tempted to try dye it ginger/red but just CBA now . will let it happen naturally

i did go through a blonde bleach phase. It was meant to be highlights but sometimes was more! :)
@@TheBakeey Ohhhhhh, that makes sense
People have had more luck removing blue by using colour theory and colouring over with the opposite colour on the colour wheel. Then the red (it would be some kind of red) would cancel out the blues and leave your whole hair ginger.
Maybe that could be the next lower effort video you can try. :)
yeah that was a thought but honestly its kind of cool with bits of blue in there, might just leave it :)
@@TheBakeey that's also a cool option! You can change your mind and throw a colour over it any time anyway, if it starts getting too damaged. :)
