Forks are bent to i would not buy this for that much i would buy it for at most 1200 at that point just buy a brand new one instead of it used lots of problems on the bike this is why you take care of the bike and be careful with it clean it every day
Agreed, I took mine off but then put it back on, same with front fender, I've done over 14,000km on it and it's still in basically new condition apart from some scratches to the pegs and frame

All Sur Rons are used for is wheelies. Wild horses can't drag me away from my 72v 5000w Cannondale Delta V ( bike from 95 but e kit new) does 65 mph and has pedals and is kind of low key!

the bars aren't bent. the stem is wonky easy fix just loosen the bolts and turn the bars straight.
