Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance (Worth the Memes?)

Metal Gear Rising is a Game that many people, including me, didn’t even know existed until they saw the goliath of memes this game produced. But the question that everyone, or at least I, am asking is: Is this game worth the memes?
I hope you enjoy the video. I originally recorded this video in 2022, so some of this information may be out of date . I apologize for not posting recently, but I aim to change that next year. At least I can say I posted exactly 2 videos on the first and last day of this year. This is definitely the most effort I have put into a video which is probably part of the reason why I haven't had the desire to finish it until recently.

What's wrong with the pc port? Ok it's not the best in terms of technicality (and crashes on the Legion Go) however it's not like console version runs any better. The game itself has free dlc and chapter bosses with Konami code.

My main gripe with the PC port is that it doesn't have native 1440p and 4k support. If it wasn't for that , I honesty wouldn't really have any issues with it. Obviously a modern PC will run a 7th gen game better than 7th gen consoles. I haven't played it on 7th gen consoles, but from what I've seen, it seems to run fine given the hardware and how well other games ran about that time. I just wish that especially with the new found interest in the game that the developers would allow native support for higher resolutions. It is inconvenient to install a mod for what I would argue is a basic necessity on PC, and the mod even comes with the caveat of glitched out HUD elements which if the higher resolutions were officially implemented might not have occurred. I'm also upset about how I had to re-record multiple sessions of gameplay because of the GeForce Experience issue. That was probably over 30 minutes extra of gameplay just because of that one issue. I mentioned at the end of the PC Port section that one thing I really liked about it was that it contained all of the DLC. I would agree that the PC version is objectively the best way to play this game, but that isn't an excuse for this game to have problems that most PC ports at the time didn't have
