I agree! Because of these videos I found help in Minneapolis and get my orthotic in a few days and start therapy soon along with an atlas orthogonal chiropractor. After 12 years of feeling like I was dying I finally understand and help us on the way! Knowledge is power! How the medical and dental communities don’t understand this part of the body is beyond me. And I even worked in the dental field for 7 years myself.

Been going to a chiro these past weeks, felt a little bit relieved with my headache, migraine, neck and back. Like I never felt any of these ever since I started going to him. He also does foot therapy which I think helped as well because of the pressure points. But one time my tmj got worse, from right tmj clicking suddenly both side were clicking and could barely open my mouth. Went back again to the chiro then it went back to just one side clicking. Phew.! 😅

For the last 6 weeks all these new pains you mentioned in neck, ear, head started. During research I read car accidents cause tmd months later. I feel so helpless and depressed. The after-stroke neurological effects were bad enough. Now I have to suffer this especially constant stabbing ear pain. Any chance they will go away or reduce on their own with time?

Hi, I'm not situated in USA hence its not easy to find a tmj/tmd doctor or practitioner here in my country. Been suffering this for 4 years but yet to find a remedy. Am glad to have chance upon your channel giving such a great information. Just wondering, would a bad bite caused tmd then tmj eg both or sequences doesn't matter? I'm now in desperate mood of finding a treatment. But somehow the cost is exorbitant. I went for 3 different dental and took the xray, all mentioned my teeth bite looks ok, but when I relax my facial muscles or jaw, my lower jaw tends to move towards one side/direction. Even my smile isn't showing a nice set of teeth. Sometimes I would get headaches, eye muscles strain, neck tension, hard swallowing and unable to speak well. Wondering in this kind of circumstances, what should I do? Which practitioner should I be seeing first?

If the hearing loss is only due to TMD then it can be corrected by successfully treating the TMD. Orthodontia is typically considered phase 2 of TMJD treatment. Phase 1 is stabilizing the joints and eliminating pain.
