Give that boy of yours a good cuddle. I've had to put my cat to sleep this morning with kidney disease bordering on failure. Kit (on the left) was 18 & I'm beyond shattered. In fact, I feel like a complete & utter a******e. I know it had to be done & what was to come if I didn't, but she wasn't ready. She would keep fighting to the end if I let her, but that would have been selfish of me to let her do that, no matter how spirited she was. So please, please, please, hug Sherpa tight. Saviour every single second with him. Even just watching him sleep.

I am very sorry for your loss. Their loss is devastating, made more difficult by your choice to do the right thing and not let suffering continue. I had to make that choice for my beloved shepherd who also had kidney failure. Big hugs 💜🧸

I have those drying mats I hang them to dry after each use and wash them once a week they are so handy. I love your unboxings and sherpa being lazy as he gets older. My budgie loves the sound of the paper when unboxing she tweets to the sound she also loves the sound of the kettle boiling she sends sherpa a tweet.
