ive had type 1 for about a year and after getting used to stabbing myself with a syringe needle everyday, i switched health insurance companies and they prescribed me a pen (which i realized was a pen and not a vial at the pharmacy when i got it lmao) they did not tell me how to use it 😅

dear, what is the abdomen depth mm no problem? I use 4mm niddle for my insulin pen generally. But in my new place there is no 4 mm niddle available. But only 6mm niddle available.will i push fully 6 mm niddle in abdomen?

I use insulin pen but whenever i take insulin, the entire dose doesn't go inside my body.. there's always 1-2 drops of insulin come out of the syringe.. even if i put the pen inside my body for 15-20 seconds after injecting but still it happens all the time.. What should i do to prevent from that ??

Use longer needle
If u are using 4mm needle then u can use 5 or 6 mm needle
