PEACE AND LOVE TO YOU MRS G, THANKS A LOT FOR TAKING TIME OUT OF YOUR BUSY DAY TO TEACH US HOW TO READ PATTERN BOOKLET AND TO SEW. WITH ALL MY HEART," THANK YOU". GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.
this was the fist thing I made for myself using a pattern in high school I was so proud of myself and how I looked with the whole outfit. 5 years later I'm just now getting back into sewing... sailor by day, fashion designer/seamstress by night lol
Hi Mimi G.... you have inspired in me what has been dormant for quite a while "the joy of sewing". Thank for your clearly executed video tutorial on the various patterns in your collection. I can't wait to make my first piece of clothing after a long time..... Thanks again
Mrs. Mimi , I'm so proud of you. I pray that God continues to open any more doors for you. You have a such a beautiful spirit inside and out. Thank you so much for sharing your God given talent with us.
I bought this pattern and made this top. It turned out perfect. So perfect, my daughter conveniently borrowed it and now I have to make another. Lol Thanks for the tut you made it so much easier.
Love your patterns, I just ordered 2 from amazon and can't wait to receive them.I have always been eager to make my own clothes being a tall women and a bit fed up with all these very short skirts you see at the mall. Wish me luck!
GO GIRL! GO GIRL GO GIRL GO GIRL!!!! SO proud of you! I'm going to buy it to add to my other Mimi G pencil skirt pattern I purchased. :-) I'm so excited for you! :-) What kind of sewing machine is that if I may ask... I kinda need one LOL.. .my old Singer my grandma gave me has only a straight stitch! (I know... 1945 called... they told me they want their sewing machine back!) Thanks for being a great teacher Mimi... wish you and your family all the best.
Congratulations on the Sewing Patterns. I can't wait to get them. I would like to do the same thing one day. I am supposed to start Fashion Design school soon.
Great tutorial. Now had I only listened and cut the crop top according to my measurements and not the size pattern I usually use, I would be able to wear it. However, its not big enough to accommodate the girls, so I will be gifting it. But the tutorial was on point. Loved the flat method of putting in the sleeves. I usually set them in, but this was easier. Thanks Mimi!
how did you get both of your notches to match up so perfectly? everytime i make a noth in mine they are off by a little bit not much but enough it bothers me. please let know how you do it. alsi thank you for making awsome videos and patterns
Lovely Mimi, really love your work. My only criticism is I would like to see more of the finished product before video finishes.
I have a new found love for sewing after watching Mimi g's videos. my daughter wants to make clothes and I can't wait to get her a sewing machine !

Are you using any stay at the shoulders seams so the fabric will not stretch out of shape? You didn't say.
