Hey❤️❤️❤️❤️your advice is spot on! Have had 7 children/hormonal ups and downs as well as being too am lazy, but having some resemblance of a routine really does help! I don’t have time to do my hair…. But I will cut/trim my hair in a nano second, moisturize and put this hair up. 💪🏾💪🏾thx again @Razorempress🥰🥰❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾. #TailBoneLengthHere🙋🏾‍♀️💪🏾

@@247kingdomwoman Wow, awesome! I feel you; I've had 5 kids (and they homeschool) and my hair has previously suffered. But after 2 big chops because of bleaching and postpartum issues, I am almost full waist length! :)

@@EpicRealistTV yeah❤️❤️💪🏾💪🏾praise God. We homeschool as well!!!! Best decision, right! Glad your hair turned around. Postpartum hair loss is real. 6/7 kid was the first time I experienced it. I WAS TRAUMATIZED. It turns around… I experienced it again just having our 7th just months ago😩but it’s starting to turn around again!! It’s amazing our hair, right! Always have been beautiful and able to grow. Thats why I like Razorempress bc she speaks that.

    1. Trim those ends!!
Start on a clean slate. Split ends, single strand bits etc. breaks your ends and won’t help you with retention.
    2. Develop a weekly routine!
How often are you shampooing condition.
    3. Use products that your hair loves!!
Don’t listen to people, listen your hair. What works for you?? Know what type of products work for you. Have Go-Tos. Have a stash.
    4. Have Go-To Hairstyles
Something you can lean back on, regardless of how your wash days go and you can fallback on. Prevents you from being all up on your hair.
    5. And repeat!!

I get my hair trim every five months according to my hairdresser. I also dont worry about get it cut anymore it grows in protective styles and that's what I do. I found that I'm lazy natural and I don't like to have to do it alot. Because if my hair is out I play with it and do so much unnecessary stuff 😒. Its all a learning process

Facts!! Ive been natural since 2000 but did not do a big chop so my hair never grew or changed even with clipping my ends on the new moon. 2 years ago, I got tired of the single strand knots and cut off 6 to 8 inches. In less than a year my hair grew back longer than before; to my waist!

Dry ends over here for sure. 😥
I usually trim in braids for my daughter and I.
    ... need a better routine.
    Appreciate your reminders.

I shaved my head, again (I’ve done it like five times by now🤣) and I decided to let it grow out. I bleached it around May and I’ve stopped bleached/coloring since then. I keep forgetting that shrinkage (for *my* head) means health and I’ve been so ashamed to let my hair do what it does best: be natural/shrunken, curled up. I keep thinking “Omg my hair won’t grow, I still have a twa.”
Meanwhile, my hair has grown at least 6 inches since I shaved it 😂 if it wasn’t for my dark new growth in contrast to my bleached ends, I would have never noticed my hair grew.

I absolutely hate my hair and I used to have average hair (neck length) I decided to go natural and I’ve been natural for years and I haven’t had any hair retention since. I’m so ashamed of my hair and I don’t even love my hair anymore. It doesn’t grow for anything and I’ve tried everything. All my hair does is constantly break even when moisturized and it’s worse when it’s dry. I stopped caring about it and All I want to do now is cut it off. I refer to myself as being bald but in reality I’m just over it and ashamed, because now I believe my hair won’t ever grow or be long like other girls.

@@iamkaam7857 what vitamins do you take? I know most bw suffer with low iron, which is why I take iron pills - I also take vitamin D as an injection (which I have done privately) and vitamin B12 (injection) those 3 combined have accelerated my hair growth so much as well as my nail growth also.
So if you elaborate on what vitamins you take I may be able to help you, I’m a student nurse (that takes a keen interest in nutrients). But I also want to study in the field of medicine. 🙏🏾💯❤️
