Is it possible to reserve fixed rate if I get pre approval as my build/loan is 4 months away? Any recommendations for broker in Melbourne?

Investing in stocks or real estates are very good ideas though real estate investment seems a bit more complex. Who else is in line with me?

Yes of course it is! But i will say don't do it yourself if you are inexperienced. Go get yourself someone good you can trust or better still check out *NANCY* *LYNN* *LEWIS* she's good too.

"In 2022, you were pretty skeptical about the banks' prediction that interest rates would skyrocket nine times over. Turns out, the banks hit the nail on the head!"

Ravi, As usual, amazing content mate. We are exactly in that phase, thinking to open up the business but not enough information on the self-employed loans. I highly appreciate it if you can make that video. Also, it will be useful if you do another video on how to open a business and what are all the things need to be considered. Cheers Vino

Ravi , do all banks accept what you record as your monthly expenses or do they do their own due diligence and check it ? Why do they ask you to provide your expenses when they will do an analysis of your statements regardless. ?

How easy or hard is it for someone who is just going to migrate to Australia as a PR and has saved up around 30% of the property they wish to buy and works for a global MNC outside of Australia?

I’m looking to stay for now in my job but investing into an existing business which I’ll be the owner of, so will this mean moving forward I can get a loan based on employee earnings plus addition income ratio? Or will it be taken into 2 seperate analysis for the house?

Hi, can anyone let me know which lenders consider a year of financial statements from your business to approve a loan? I thought it was always 2 years.

La Trobe Financial allows low doc loans where you don’t need tax returns or financial statements - you just need a letter from your accountant estimating your income. Of course the interest rates are high.
