Sorry for asking an unrelated question but I have a question about the guarantee'd 5 star or above within the first 10 rolls and that question is if every roll within the first 10 pulls has the same chance of giving you a 5/6 star character respectively (so is it a flat 10% to get the 5 star on each pull and guarantees it by the 10th or is it some other system?)

From wiki: "In other words, if a 6★ or 5★ Operator does not appear the first nine pulls, then one will appear in the tenth pull." So I think its flat 8% for *5 for each pull then guarantee *5/*6 in 10th pull if you dont get it in the first 9 pulls.
