Jun Mischief Well, I think that's what makes it work so well. When its a Party scene and things are getting intense, you are expecting a Showdown or something. And with this kind of music, it just builds up adrenaline. I like how it turned out Nathan wasn't there. That was a great twist.
Atmosphere of this episode was wonderful, finding out what happened to Rachel made me feel psychically sick, and wading through a party with dark electronic music where everyone is in danger but no one knows...was just goddamn awesome

That's not surprising, since all of these (except Got Well Soon) are licensed from an online audio library. There's no way you would have heard them before the game, unless you'd been to that website before or heard them licensed somewhere else.

Whenever I'm in the Vortex Club Party, it feels REALLY uncomfortable. This is where you see the Blackwell Students at an all time low. Even after the Kate Marsh Incident (whether you save her or not), they STILL don't learn their lesson. Also, the atmosphere adds to it with the music which is good but has a sinister vibe to it, the red and purple lights, and the fact that you're here to find and kill Nathan Prescott. It gets me a little shaky every time, but I will admit it doesn't go overboard (like the strip club stage in Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number); it actually fits perfectly, and if it DOES become too much for me, I'll just turn off the volume until I get to the VIP Area. The environments are just another reason why Life Is Strange is my favorite video game ever!
This playing while trying to find Nathan was a blast. The 2 moons adding to the atmosphere also maybe does it. This game 6 years later is still one of the best that I have played in my life
