You need a T15 for the fender liner not a T10. Was looking all over the place for a t10 and the t15 was the perfect fit. Thanks for the insight into this none the less.
I just got done checking all the fuses. They are fine. Any idea if its the pump or the relay that they say is not serviceable? The wipers work just fine when I hit the washer fluid but no fluid comes out onto the window
I have a brand new pump, brand new fuses, unclogged the lines, unclogged the jets, full reservoir. Still no fluid coming out or even through the lines. I tested the continuity of the new pump and it is good. Any ideas ?
You can remove motor without removing anything, go from top and pull it out, it’ll go up to battery trey box then disconnect plug and washer fluid line, put a light on outside of bottle so the light goes through washer bottle and you can see, otherwise the light gets in your way
How can you even see the pump from above without removing the aux battery tray? I need to see which pump is leaking and hate to have to take the reservoir out to determine that. I changed the reservoir and pumps on my older Tahoe yesterday and had to remove the wheel, battery tray and inner fender liner to get to the reservoir. Looking for a simpler way on my 2019!
@@danm400 it’s tricky but doable I’ve worked on vehicles for a long time and use to tight spaces and know how to work by feel not sight so it’s pretty simple for me and could be harder for others
I'm glad I watched your video. Initially I thought I could get by without having to remove everything. I was wrong.

I actually did it the way Mitchell says. I slightly removed the front grill and headlight and it’s right there. Whatever floats your boat though.
Thanks for vid, could I ask how did you diagnose initially?
Noticed I was always low on washer fluid also has weak spray

The issue is there’s a leak in the pump, the pump is not serviceable, you have to replace it,not to bad of a job and the parts likes $18 on Amazon
@CurtisGraham91 should I get the aftermarket one that comes with the extra piece or the oem part is fine enough?
The spray after completion looked weak. 1/3 up the windshield. Was this due to air or?
Had to adjust the jets
@@CurtisGraham91 thank you i didn’t know this could be done I’ll look into it

Never tried it that way although my trucks lifted so easier to get in from the bottom 🤣

@@JT_70 flash light and hardly seeing it…there’s only one pump on trucks
How do you put the new one in from the top?
