I honestly didn't see the ending coming! Marvelous acting and actors. Reta Shaw is always a delight to see. I remember her from Disney's Pollyanna and the TV series The Ghost and Mrs. Muir. Most people remember John Forsythe from Dynasty or Bachelor Father, but he also gave an interesting performance in the offbeat Hitchcock movie 🎬 The Trouble With Harry. Richard Kiley was quite a prolific actor from the 60s right up into the 80s. Joseph Campanella was such a presence in The Bold Ones along with Joseph Farentino, Burl Ives, etc. Retro-fabulous!

Very clumsy with forensics, even for 1971. For example, opening the murder scene for re-use by those who might be involved in concealing or planting evidence. It was however a surprisingly intense film in that very few characters played a major part in the plot and the director used darkness to add suspense and frights. I'd give that dog an Oscar.

I loved the murder scene. You don't have to watch blood and gore. They way it was filmed lets you know what is happening in the story, the rest is left to your imagination. Hollywood has forgotten how to make movies. Really don't know how they stay in bussines. Most people I have spoken with lots of Millineals, absolutly can't stand todays movies and t.v. shows. You would think with Hollywood and the Grammy's losing viewers and money, someone would get a clue!

The Cars are always my favorite of any older movie. The 60's, thru 72, are my favorites. That's what I worked on, and 79's. I was 7 when this came out. I started messing with cars at 10. I wish I had all those things back. Even the parts I've touched. High end stuff. Rare.

@@kathleenking47 J remember sitting in line to get gas. You may have to help push a car ahead of you, because they ran out waiting. I was 9-10. The whole family, waiting. Going to get a bite to eat on Friday. Pops has gotten paid. Our favorite was the Quickie Drive in. They had the little square Krystal's, before Krystal came.

It's a real shame that Barbara wasn't allowed to actually act in Space:1999 - she could (and indeed should) have bought so much more to the character/role of Dr. Russell.

But that doesn't mean you actually got better for their efforts.i don't like the way insurance ruined medicine but I had chronic heart failure 2 years ago and now I am as healthy as I was before thanks to a great medical team .I was told that had what happened to me happened 30 years ago I would have been looking at a heart replacement and a very limited life so I am thankful for today

They did here in Canada too I remember having both measles and chicken pox in 1977 when I was 13 and the family doctor visiting the house, being really concerned how sick I was. He told my mother to close all the heavy draperies and keep the house dark as I nearly went blind.
