  • Learn the process of fixing a broken sawmill. In this video, I go about the process of diagnosing and repairing a broken blade guide on the sawmill. Is it the motor? The wiring? The electrical system? The switch? Find out and see if I can play a good mechanic yet again.

It’s been a while since I seen a video from you. Of course I was out of commission for a little over 3 weeks with COVID PNEUMONIA. Love watching your videos.

Sawmill shed is great! We've been a bit busy lately, so not a lot of time to record and edit anything.

I have an issue tonight with my lt40SH. I went to change blade, i loosen the tenison to 0. Tool old blade off and the wheel wouldnt slide over so the new blade would go on correct. Usually i just put the idle side wheel over and put new blade on. I hit it w rubber mallet and block of wood. Its locked up. Wont budge. I made sure the tension handle was out about 2 inches thread showing. Still locked as if the tension hadnt been released. What you think?
