We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
The reason why this video didn't work for me and maybe to @passsaglia and some others it's because in the machine without the steam valve Caffeo SOLO there's 2 cup buttons, single and double cup. To start this program you need to press SINGLE CUP and ON for 3 seconds in that case. If you press DOUBLE COUP and ON for 3 seconds the descaling program would start.
When initiating the program (press “dispense” and “on/off”) the display only shows a system error (on/off flashes) not the light indicated in the video. What’s going wrong?
pressing the dispense steam option simply asks me to lower the steam toggle from upwards to the right (12 oclock to 3 oclock) and when I domit just shoots steam and doesnt use the coffee flow path at all anyway
I can't imagine doing this routine without this video. I watch the entire clip every 2 months :-D

After starting the program and waiting the first 5 minutes, it says rinse the system, but doesn’t say how. How do you rinse it. ?
