Double tap forward then forward 3,2. The move is being buffered so it cancels the running animation, which done properly can be spammed.

I've found that star forward then rapidly pressing forward twice helps me getting IWR moves easier.

If youre talking about WL 3,2 then no, its +4 on block the laat punch can be sidestepped but if she delays it a bit you get hit.

Running 3,2??? it's +4 or 5 on block I think... and it's jail, so yea it is pretty spamable

You have to sidestep first then duck which is very tricky and difficult
