Really? This is also a strange one for the UK too as i belive the maritime laws apply over waterways and CAA have no jurisdiction. But i could be wrong?
@@rukunman In a height between 100 and 120m we are allowed to cross official water ways in the shortest way possible. But you can always ask for permission, which is difficult to get for some areas. We are also not allowed to fly over residential properties, making it almost impossible to fly over towns. I think the laws are really exaggerated now. 😉
I may of seen that on its way up the coast. Your really lucky to of been in the right place at the right time. Would of loved to video that very well done

I was actually on the beach a few miles away. Looked out and saw something strange making its way into the Tyne. Luckily, I had Molly in the boot and mad a mad dash for the Quay side. I have another great captured from yesterday. The same thing happened. Right time, right place. I will publish it on Tuesday.
