I felt the same exact way you did and my advice to you is if you are still license as a manicurist in your license is current find out in your own state within your city or close by cities that you can easily get you about going back to become a manicuring instructor because if you're able to go depending on your state it should be 300 not over $600 to be exact to become a manicuring instructor then you can get paid upfront every time that you have to be in somebody's classroom you can teach at a local community college or offer private tutorials at a private location of your choice but it's worth it a lot in the African American Community many times they are not willing to pay for the quality work and the expense that it takes to really make the hand look like a million dollars I've been license this year 28 and 1/2 years since age 19 and I can tell you I stopped practicing 27 of those I'm now going back myself in the new year because of beauty field is open in mini range so if anything stops you can always get another parts from Aesthetics to cause to natural hair culture vacation to barbering electrolysis something to consider you may not be interested but if you are pursue it be blessed😎😎😎💅💅🏻🎠🎠💖💎💎💎💎

This kit discouraged me to pursue my nail tech career. The brush was terrible & It dried very quickly; quicker than in the video if you can imagine a product 10 years ago. Finally, In Jan 2020, I decided to invest in myself and spend about $500 over the course of months for my supplies. I had been binge watched your channel as well as many others such as "NailedbyLucy" which is one of my faves as well. Now I'll be 25 this year and I currently have a 2 month old. I'll be ordering polygel once I'm off of maternity leave. I want to be able to do my nails even with having my son. Thank you for giving me inspiration to have a purpose and a buisness for myself. The kiss nail kit is good but you can go to SHEIN website and get a nail drill for 6 or 7 dollars you can also got the nail lamp and some acrylic nails but for the powder and other stuff you can get it on Amazon😊
As a younger Millennial who's paying her own college and living on her own....I REALLY appreciate this video! I have tried this kit before and tossed it because I was miserable with the mess I made on my hands but after watching your process I'd be willing to try it again! I agree!!!! The acrylic was awful to work with, but with your process I might be able to pull of something passable. I wish I could go to a salon and have them do them for me...I know their work would be so much better than mine! I always love staring at people's hands and admire very dainty female hands and am always jealous of them! But because I'm really hands on, I can never grow mine long!!! The fake ones are the only way I could ever pull off a more feminine look. YOU'RE AWESOME! I'm using this kit today,it gave decent results but for my first time,I'd say I have a lot to learn but I did ok.its not as good as hers but I feel valid knowing that I wasn't the only one struggling with the kit lol,it's good for seeing if you like building nails.i firmly believe poly gel is the best though
I just ordered my first acrylic kit. Last time I did acrylics was back in 19..yes that long!!!😂😂😂 I was in high-school too. A house full of women meant an at home all stop salon shop. Fast forward to now, I used to get my nails done but just the full set. I never payed for other stuff, I figured I could learn how. So here I am. Now I can not justify dropping 50-70+ dollars every two weeks for my nails. I will learn how to hook my self up! I hope you can offer some really good information for a beginner. ❤

As a younger Millennial who's paying her own college and living on her own....I REALLY appreciate this video! I have tried this kit before and tossed it because I was miserable with the mess I made on my hands but after watching your process I'd be willing to try it again! I agree!!!! The acrylic was awful to work with, but with your process I might be able to pull of something passable. I wish I could go to a salon and have them do them for me...I know their work would be so much better than mine! I always love staring at people's hands and admire very dainty female hands and am always jealous of them! But because I'm really hands on, I can never grow mine long!!! The fake ones are the only way I could ever pull off a more feminine look. YOU'RE AWESOME! Luv ya! :) During this corona pandemic and all of us being in quarantine...a girl has to have SOMETHING to look forward and to do!

I'm using this kit today,it gave decent results but for my first time,I'd say I have a lot to learn but I did ok.its not as good as hers but I feel valid knowing that I wasn't the only one struggling with the kit lol,it's good for seeing if you like building nails.i firmly believe poly gel is the best though

I just ordered my first acrylic kit. Last time I did acrylics was back in 19..yes that long!!!😂😂😂 I was in high-school too. A house full of women meant an at home all stop salon shop. Fast forward to now, I used to get my nails done but just the full set. I never payed for other stuff, I figured I could learn how. So here I am. Now I can not justify dropping 50-70+ dollars every two weeks for my nails. I will learn how to hook my self up! I hope you can offer some really good information for a beginner. ❤
