- Blake and Will Hammond start spreading liquid digestate with the Umbilical system pumping from a slurry bag, both driving in John Deere 6R250’s operating a Vogelsang dribble bar.
Tom from Horsch UK is in the workshop fitting the maize drill to the 6m Focus TD.
Andrew Harry and George haul beet back to base ready to be washed and chopped before George goes to spray glyphosate pre spring drilling.
Tom moves Jamie in the Vervaet Beet harvester on a 2+ hour move and gets some abuse from the other road users.
Great video as always,seriously now want a 8R 😍
Really like these videos you are doing great insight to your day
I remember the best part of 30 years ago halling maize with a mate we'd just turn off from one tight lane on a crossroads witch locally are known as The Rocks any way met a car coming the other way at about 6,45 pm in the the pitch black obusely going to the pub he expected us to reverse on to what accentauly is a main road i got out and told him if he didn't go back we'd Push him i got back in the tractor and my mate let it role forward car soon found reverse best part he didn't have to go back more than 200 yards till he found a field gateway.
@@Colin-rg7gt it’s amazing what road users expect of tractor drivers. They’re unable to reverse a car in a straight line so want a tractor and trailer to reverse back around corners 😆
I know it’s frustrating for cars being stuck behind any agricultural machinery but some roads in Devon just don’t have big enough pull ins for such a large machine and the A377 is notoriously crap for pull ins and lay-bys.
@@kevinmanley2498 this was the road between Torrington and winkleigh, we pulled in 3 times and then a 4th before morchard road
I think you'll have the same problem in most villages across the UK.
How about bro and will 🤔🤔
Maybe change to Will & Wally 😂
There’s always one but first to moan if no food 🤔
@@nippinkoi8924 exactly, we do our best to pull in as much as possible and people need to understand that we don’t want to be crawling at 20mph 😂
Poor Will lol
What do you mean by being in manual? I assume it's JD autopower? How did that make it harder to get unstuck surely sleect a gear and plenty of welly once moving change up?
I'm old-school lol
@@farmernige yeah for getting out of being stuck it’s better off being in manual, it was earlier in the video when stopped at the side of the road it was because the tractor was dying going up hills, which wasn’t helped by it being in manual
@@SteveLeeAgriI'm a John deere fan but that excuse is rubbish sounds like an excuse for a not very good driver and the worn tyres
@@johnmchardy4502 I’m confused by what you mean?
@SteveLeeAgri you need to change his name from Will to Won't lol
But that aside it shouldn't make much difference if he has the engine droop set correctly driving on the pedal it shouldn't die, in manual shouldn't die unless he is pushing the lever too hard. As for filters can be a nightmare if have a load of dirty desiel in. JCB loadalls are very sensitive to crap.
@ he’s a young lad only 19 and everyone in the yard (and who has ever driven tractors) has had some bad moments (much worse than this) and learnt from them 👌🏼 best to make mistakes during the quieter times of the year!
Do you not do anything or driving the gear 🤔 Jesus's 😅that strange
@@FendtK I work in the office and do trailer work when needed 👌🏼
he's the main part timer on the yard
@ 😂😂🖕🏼.. at least I’m the main one I suppose
