I liked living in biking distance to my work. Personally, I hate a long commute but that's just my preference. That being said, I love Da'an and spent a lot of time there on the weekends. Good luck!
Thanks so much!! I LOVED this place and I'm sad to say goodbye to it. Yeah, I currently work at a Private School teaching English to Junior and Senior High. It's an awesome experience and I highly recommend you do it! I also recommend learning basic Chinese just to get around easier. :)
@@chinita_doll Hi there!! Actually, you dont have to be fluent in Mandarin to teach English there. Though, it does help to get around, make friends and order food. There are a lot of opportunities with cram schools and private public schools. Good luck!!

Please google "Taiwan illegal rooftop dwellings." Your video seems to indicate might be living in such a place. Troublesome, illegal, dangerous. Maybe practice your Chinese on your landlord.
