Nice to meet you! I (Zac) was actually born in Lake Tahoe. Beautiful place. Agreed, there’s so much to do in Antalya. The activity options are endless! Also loved Kas when we visited at the end of 2021. Oludeniz and Cappadocia were also lovely. Can’t wait to go back to Turkey one day. You’re lucky you got to stay in Antalya for 3 months! What a spot to be

Hadrian's Gate, one of Antalya's most important and well-preserved historical monuments, built in 130 AD. in honor of the arrival of Emperor Hadrian in Antalya. The construction, called the Hadrian's Gate due to its three-arched entrance structure, is located directly above the city walls, on Atatürk Street, and leads to Kaleiçi. The gates, with the exception of the decorative columns, are made of white marble. On both sides of the building there are towers decorated with reliefs and beautiful carvings. These towers belong to the Hadrian period. The upper parts of the gate were built in the time of the Seljuks. Thus, they have traces of both the Romans and the Seljuks. This is a magnificent creation that must be seen

I was there in July '95 on a 7 day port visit in the USN. Went to a bazaar or two, drove the cliff highway to the west, saw a fashion show, raged at the small water park and cliff jumped 115' on the edge of the beach in the thumbnail. GREAT TIMES.

In contrast to your Egirdir video, I would say on this one, you guys absolutely nailed it. Few people mention Konyaalti in their Antalya travel videos, and Termessos has to be the most underrated ruins I've ever come across. Nobody goes there, and the location is epic.
Never heard of Antalya, Turkey, therefore it was really good you highlighted that area of travel. Now, I have one more place to explore at some future date. Thank you!

Some great places you left out are Köprülü Canyon with the old stone bridge and from there there's a trail to Altinkaya with more ancient city ruins. But southwest from Antalya city you can climb up to Olympos chimaera, where natural gas that comes out from the mountain is on fire, really amazing.
We do have seperate videos on Olympos as well as Köprülü we mention in our top 10 turkey video! For us, Köprülü canyon was beautiful but it was also very unfortunate to see it all burnt down by the recent fire...

I always say that, the Akdeniz (Mediterranean) is not a sea. It is like ocean. Thank you.
Thanks for watching! 🙏
Sea and ocean are synonyms!
apparently my father and his friends used to swim in düden waterfalls before the touristic things were built
Wow that’s wild! It’s now very built up indeed, can’t imagine swimming there lol great spot!
Hey:) loved your video!😍 I saw that you flew your drone and I was wondering did you guys got a registration? Because I fly to turkey tomorrow and I am not sure where it’s allowed to fly my drone and where not
There are generally signs where you can't fly your drone! so defiitely check that. We didn't need any registration when we were there!
Thanks for the types. I go there 30th of July.
hope you're enjoying your time in Antalya!

Amazing
Basically 90% of the places worth visiting are the remainings of the Greek and Roman cultural heritage which was present in the area for millennia.
Yes we loved all the historic sites around Antalya!
@@worldwildhearts Yeah but you never mentioned that the places you visited are Greek and NOT Roman. Did you even make a research about it or you just believed what the genocidal Turks wrote in the signs?
Thank you for doing this video because I’m going there and I want to see what’s really looks like
Enjoy your trip!
Im living in antalya you tell great😃
Thank you!
Great video! Thanks for also showing where in the map is every place.
How friendly is it for tourists? Do you think you need to know some Turkish or English is enough for walking on the city?
Turkey is one of the most friendly countries you can visit for tourists! 😊 in Antalya there are many people that speak English actually. It’s not for everywhere in Turkey, but even without we just used Google Translate (you can download an offline version!).
Professional youtuber👌👏👍🙌
Thank you!! ☺️
